Delnard arrived at the hospital and found his mother still unconscious but stable. The doctor said that the wound was not serious but, she might be suffering from a little shock.

Nothing ever shocked Josephine and Delnard knew that his mother was just being her usual, dramatic self. He already expected that she will wake up when she felt like it which is convenient because it gave him time to deal with Isabelle’s kidnapping.
He gave orders to the police that nobody gets inside his mother’s private room except for him and her doctor. Delnard knew that Jack will no longer go after his mother but, it was still important to be vigilant. He did not know if the guy is working with other people.
