No More

Athena's POV (Real short)

A woman named Miriam leads me to the a room with everyone tailing behind us. It was two doors at the dead end and while I went into the right one, everyone else except Miriam went into the left one. 

When we walk in there is a giant mirror on the wall to the left, and an operating table in the middle of the floor.

"Um ma'am, I know we are suppose to be getting my  memories back, but I didn't sign up for surgery. This is racist!" I say because I really didn't sign up for any of this. She's a witch she might see something that might scare her.

She rest her hands on my shoulder. "I'm not going to cut you open. Just lay down so I can put these on you. No blood shed what so ever." She says holding up electrode pads.

I lay back on the table and she puts two of the pads on my head. One on the left, and one on the right.

"What are they for?" I ask.

"Well you see, I can give you your memories back, but alpha man in the other room needs to know about Marco's plans. So, your memories will basically juice through this left one. The right one is to just ease the experience because this would usually hurt, but you gotta love technology the human use." She explains to me.

Once both of the pads are on me she walks out the door. But, once she closes the door the right pad falls off my head.

What did she say that one was for again?

Kylo's POV

Once Miriam cast her spell, we all saw Athena eyes close. I saw them twitching from under their lids.

"Okay, it's started." Miriam started, "It will take about 5 minutes, may seem longer, but it'll be fine."

I looked pass Miriam and see Athena shaking. 

"Miriam, is that suppose to be happening." Miriam stops talking and looks behind her. She walks to the PA system and cuts it on.

"AHHHHHH!!!" Was all that was coming through. I see Athena's eyes roll back. "WE NEED TO GET HER OUT OF THERE!" I hear Cal scream, but Miriam stops us from walking out. 

"We can't stop the process while it's happening. I used a spell to keep the one casted in that room. If we go in there it'll be casted on us. Then, we'll all be in there in terror." Miriam says keeping her hands in a stopping manner.

Right when she said that I felt a piercing pain in my chest. I couldn't explain it but it just hurt.

"What's happening to him?" Athena's mom asked, her hand on my shoulder. I tried to stop Miriam from saying anything, but I just felt the pain spread throughout my entire body.

"He is Athena's mate. I think the pain she is feeling is connecting to him as well." Miriam said. 

"Well can you stop it?" Cal asked.

"No, but I can try to suppress the feeling this pain that both of them are feeling through him."

While they were talking I could see everything Athena saw. I saw Marco and her, her training with her pack, and before the pain settled I saw here running in her wolf form.

Third person POV

After the whole spell casting, both Athena and Kylo were both passed out. They were brought to individual rooms to rest. 

Outside of Kylo's room was Miriam, Koda, Cal, and Athena's Parents.

"They will be alright. Athena might have the short end of the stick since I couldn't perform the pain settling spell on her. Give her the medication on her side table and it'll pass surely but slowly." Miriam said, and they all nodded. 

After Miriam left maids help settle everybody in different rooms for the night. But, Kylo woke up. A headache pierced through his head. He saw pills sitting on his nightstand and swallowed them with the water that was also on his nightstand. 

He got up and exited his room. The first person he thought about was Athena. He didn't like it though. He hated how he grew up feared and ruthless, but this one woman comes and makes him feel weak in his knees. It wasn't something he wanted to get use to.

Walking into Athena's room Kylo saw her. She slept with a peacefulness to her that Kylo couldn't make out. He sat on the edge of the bed admiring her.

"Beautiful right?" Kylo's wolf, Kaiser, says to him.

"You know more than anyone, that this is never going to happen." Kylo said back to this wolf.

"Your mom was right. You need to stop acting like your dad." Kaiser snarled at Kylo.

"If my dad finds out about her, he will rip her to pieces. You want that?" Kylo retaliated.

"She can make you stronger than anything combined. I know you felt her power when we were in your office that day." 

"No, and that's final." Kylo was about to stand, but Athena's hand slides onto his, and he feels a hundred bolts of electricity jolt up his hand. He retracted his hand back walked out of the room, almost running.

"Still say no?" Kaiser says in a 'told you so' manner.
