Goddesses Touch

Athena's POV

I headed out of the basement and found Cal. We headed up to my bedroom and I caught him up with everything that happened in the basement. "Who does he think he is? He ignored you and was probably planning on doing it longer, why does he expect you to just drop to your knees when he asks for it?" Cal rambled.

"I don't know, but what I do want to know is what power does Marco want from me. Like I'm no different than any other female warrior so what does power have to do with anything?" I ask openly.

Cal grabs my hand, "Athena you're the daughter of an alpha, nobody has ever seen a case like you. Only boys are born from alpha males. As of power, I don't know what that means, but you are badass." I smile at Cal.

"I don't know either, but I do know someone who could help me." I say to Cal who now looks confused.

****Iconic Scene Change****

"Look Athena, I'm not sure if I should even be helping you without the Alpha King knowing." Miriam says.

"You made me go through extreme pain, I think you owe me this." I say to her, my voice stern.

She looks at me like she is making a decision. "Okay fine, but I swear if the king finds out about this—-"

I cut her off, "I'm not even talking to him, and vice versa. So, no worries."

Miriam walks towards me and grabs my hands. "I'm just going to try to find a trace a abnormality, like powers." I nod my head.

We stood there for a good five minutes before Miriam opened her eyes with tears.

"Oh my gosh. Are you okay, what is it?" I ask frantically

She puts her hands on my face and smiles, "You have the Goddesses Touch."

"What is that?" I asked extremely confused.

"It's when at birth the goddess comes down and gives her gift to the most worthy wolf pup. Over the years it hasn't been heard of, not even in the Alpha Kings. But she has given her powers to you." Miriam says.

"But my parents would know right, they would've seen her do it." I say

"Darling she is a spirit, she can go seen or unseen. But, it is no doubt in my mind that you have her touch."

I stand, not wanting to sit down. "Is this a good or bad thing? Will I die if somebody finds out?"

"Not exactly, but they can try to use you. Although you already found your mate, so unless you want to fall for them, they can't use you. And it really depends on how you use your powers to decide if it's good or bad." Miriam explains.

I stop in front of her, "How do I use them?" I ask with all seriousness in my voice.

"Channeling the energy around you. Feel every element that is here in this room." I close my eyes trying to do as Miriam says.

"Now what?" I ask

Miriam points to a cup on the other side of the room, "Lift that and bring it over here." So, I focus on the cup, then I see like and aura around the cup. Once it lifts I gasp, but never losing focus and set it down on the table in front of us.

"I've never seen anyone like you Athena. But to be on the safe side, only tell Kylo about this. No family members because it can travel in a pack fast."

I hug Miriam tightly and thanking her for helping me.
