
In 12th-century France, the vampire Marquis Ziska and his lover Catherine were separated due to the difference between eternal life and aging. A thousand years later, in Taiwan, Ziska discovers that Catherine has been reincarnated as Chen Shanyi, but due to misunderstandings and their differing identities, they miss each other once again. Ziska tries to stop Chen Shanyi from dancing in a pole-dance club, but this only causes her to resent him.
