She possesses a strong spirit and a hidden talent for healing. Brandon :The arrogant and powerful alpha of the pack, initially dismissive of Anya due to her lack of a wolf. He later realizes his mistake and falls deeply in love with her. Rowan: Anya's compassionate and supportive best friend, who stays by her side despite the pack's prejudice against her. Anya's second mate whom she didn't know. Lyla: Brandon's girlfriend, a girl whose goal and focus alone is power. Old woman: The moon goddess in the form of a human, disguised to help Anya find her place and have peace towards the journey of her life. Elder Lyra: Wise elder who advises Brandon on the right path to go in life. Who understands Brandon better than anyone else. Exposition: Anya finds out that her mate is Brandon, the Alpha king on the night of her 18th birthday. She is rejected by Brandon who hates her for being wolfless just like the other members in the pack who usually does not associate with her as a result of her wolfless spirit. On the same night, her best friend, Brandon, also finds out he was mated to his long time crush, Anya. He later finds out that Anya was rejected by Brandon and was planning to leave the pack. Inciting Incident: After being sick for some hours, Anya's opportunity to leave the pack arrived and she escaped in the night, leaving the pack just before word spread that she was the fated mate of the next alpha king and had been rejected. Brandon and Rowan immediately set out to look for her but unfortunately ended up in a fight. Anya travels through the dangerous paths were even wolves where not advised to go and after walking for so long, she felt thirsty and had to drink some water. In the magical water, she saw another being in herself, her healer spirit and she was dragged straight into the deep waters. At the time she woke up, she was with an old woman who later led her to another town where she started living as a totally different person. Rising Action: Just before the old woman who was actually the reincarnation of the moon goddess, disguised to help Anya settle down in her new environment, died, Anya was able to tap her full powers as the divine healer and white wolf that she was. Unfortunately her prowess was too much for only her to handle and she need someone who could help her handle the burden and that could only be her mate, which was the Alpha prince, unknowing to her that she had another mate. After three years, in her new pack, Anya had used her powers to help and save the life of many and news spread around reaching the ears of many including the new alpha kind, Brandon and a warrior, Rowan. Brandon sets out to apologize and retrieved his rejected mate while Rowan on the other hand, knowing that Anya didn't feel the mate bond between them begins to plan on how to kill Brandon and have Anya to himself. Anya, on the other hand knew she had little time left to spend as her powers where significantly causing harm to her body and in a matter of time she would be dead, but still she rejected Brandon's pleas for her to come back to him. Lyla sets out to end Anya's life to become Brandon's chosen mate and be the next Luna. She got wind of the news that Anya was about to die soon and purposely spread the news around the pack, leaving out the fact that Anya's mate would be able to save her from her fate. The news spread around like wild fire and everyone stood against the alpha who was prepared to bring a sickly Luna into the kingdom. Brandon on the other hand didn't know about this fate of Anya and got so heartbroken to discover she didn't tell him even when she knew he was the only one that could save her life. Hearing about the news, Rowan reveals the truth to Anya and told her that he also felt the mate bond between them three years ago. Anya felt the safer way was to accept Rowan as her mate even though she didn't feel the mate bond herself. Climax: A series of events happened, proving to Anya that Brandon was the rightful mate for her and only his energy as the alpha can match that as an healer. She decides to offer Brandon a chance at winning her heart. This angers Rowan and he sets his plan into action, ambushing Brandon with some rogue wolves. Brandon defeats them easily until a lit of wolfsbane was injected into his system and he felt weak immediately, his wolf almost losing its life. Anya fights angrily in revenge, turning her back on her best friend and once again, her pack, who had betrayed her and their alpha. Using almost all of her healing prowess to save Brandon, she was almost dying by the time his wolf came back to life. Brandon tries all he could to save her, going in a secret quest to finds the treatment to saving her life. By the time he was back, Anya was missing, being kidn*pped by Lyla who was also down for revenge. Her wolf awakens and her healing spirit disappears leaving her with the white wolf that signifies the descendants of the moon goddess. Denouement: Lyla was shocked by this revelation and immediately decided to run to the pack for protection. Unfortunately they recognized the symbol of the white wolf and everyone had to accept that Anya was the right Luna for their alpha and that she was strong enough to protect the pack and lead them safely. The story end with a happy end ing as Anya and Brandon finds solitude in their strong love, conquering all quests and tests that threatened to shaken their bond.
