_Killian's POV_ Morning light filtered through the hospital blinds, casting a soft glow across Mira’s face. She stirred slightly, her eyelids fluttering. I leaned closer, my heart pounding. For hours, I had been waiting for this moment, and now it was finally here. “Mira?” I said softly, my voice filled with equal parts hope and trepidation. Her eyes opened slowly, those familiar brown irises meeting mine. A weak, groggy smile tugged at her lips. “Killian?” she whispered, her voice barely audible.
