We're back at my crib and I seen neither of my parents cars were here, thank Allah I really didn't feel like dealing with them
"Girl they talking about having a party." Gabrielle says shaking her head and I chuckle
"Them folks will have a party for anything." I said drinking the rest of my second orange juice
"Girl these niggas will have a damn party just because he tested negative for any STDs." Gabrielle says and I immediately died
"Girl no you f*****g didn't!" I said laughing myself silly finishing up the last bit of food in my bag
"But I wonder how does the principal even look what made them not come to school." I said being nosey trying to investigate in my head
"Girl who cares?! It's no school day f**k you mean!!" Gabe says making me laugh
"The real question is, are we hitting up this damn party?" Gabe asks looking at me with a smirk I smirk back
"b***h you already know we hitting up this party." I said getting turned already and Gabe starts collecting her things
"Girl lemme take my sexy melanin ass home and get changed be ready in an hour so we can hit the mall to get our nails and hair done." Gabe says excitedly making me smile big
"Girl yes I just seen this cute lil outfit I've been wanting to get since forever!!!" I said walking behind her making sure she gets into her car safely
"Girl what is you doing?" Gabe asks smiling at me turning around pulling me into a tight love hug
"Girl you know I gotta make sure you straight." I said hugging her back as we walk outside I watch as she gets in her car putting her seatbelt on she smiles still seeing me there I smile walking back into my house locking the door
I go back upstairs as I try and calm my nerves I don't really don't like parties much especially after what happened on my eighth birthday, I never been the same after that
As I get in the shower the cool water slowly calming my nerves
