One small secret revealed

Millie POV

I decided to go for a run to get rid of the anxiety. Star has healed me completely and I need to run. I stop by Grey’s house and knock. He answers the door in nothing but shorts. I blush as he smiles at me. I open the link to him. Other then my family only Grey knows I can mind link.

Millie:

Want to go for a run?

I squeal as he suddenly picks me up in his arms.

Grey:

I was worried about you. Don’t you ever do that again!

Millie:

I laugh in the link. Ok I will try not to ever get stabbed with a silver knife again.

Grey POV

She is perfect. So beautiful and smells so good. Strawberries became my favorite fruit when I meet Millie. Tonight both of us will reveal a secret. Reluctantly I put her back down.

Grey:

I would love to go for a run. How about our secret place?

Millie:

You read my mind.

Grey rolls his eyes at my corny joke.

Grey:

Race you there.

Millie:

You are on.

I drop my clothes behind a tree and shift. Grey’s wolf Silver jumps out and wags his tail. Silver is a beautiful silver grey colored wolf with silver crescent moon on his head similar to Star’s un-cursed form. I think he is a rare wolf since I have never seen another solid silver wolf and he hides it from the pack. I don’t know why he would hide but everyone had their secrets. I take off running in my little brown wolf form. I honestly can’t wait to show Grey how I really look.

Grey:

Millie, Silver wants to know if Star can come play?

Millie:

Star?

Star:

Please!

Her excitement is contagious and I let myself slip back in my mind resting for tonight.

Star:

Silver

Her tail wages and she hunches to the ground. Grey slips back in his mind enjoying the happiness of his wolf as Silver and Star run and play. A few hours pass and Grey takes back control.

Grey:

Star it is Grey.

Star:

I know.

Grey:

Tonight it happens. Do you know also?

Star walks up and licks my face.

Star:

Yes mate I know. We won’t reject you. Don’t be afraid.

Grey:

What about Collin? And the third?

Star: I don’t know what will happen with Collin. He hurt us so badly and we have not meet the third yet. It will be a lot for Mina to take in. She knows what she is but has no idea she has three mates and the third is not here.

She pauses for a moment and looks at me with her golden wolf eyes.

Star: It will be a lot for Mina to deal with. I am glad you will be there.

Grey: Mina

Her real name taste like honey in my mouth.

Grey: I will always be there for my Mina.

Star: Good. She slips back and Millie’s eyes return to their grey color.

Millie: We better hurry. Don’t want to miss the party.

Grey: I will meet you at the door. Your mom said they are driving you but I can bring you home if you want.

Millie: We will see how the night goes.

She turns to leave but I stop her.

Millie: What is it Grey?

I lean in and kiss her soft lips gently. At first she stands still but then kisses me back. I lean back and watch as she blushes beautifully.

Grey: See you tonight.
