Zola’s POV The last thing I remember was Lily force-feeding Samantha a wolfsbane concoction. As it painfully absorbed into her bloodstream, I knew I would become dormant. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to communicate with Samantha drove me crazy. We are supposed to be together forever. But as I fell asleep, I feared I would never see her again.
