Chapter 8 Phoen’s Pub While Lafitte was handling the delivery orders, I made my way to the square, downtown, handing out flyers, announcing the opening of Phoen’s Pub. I thought the name had a nice ring to it. A couple of days ago, I had the old sign replaced with a bright pink neon sign with the bar’s new name. Strange how I picked pink after all these years.
