“Do you have any more?” Ethan asked an hour later.
Working with him made it go so much faster. I wasn’t sure I’d even finish all the eggs I’d brought home, but not only did we finish them, we finished them in half the time since we worked together.
Of course, there were a few pauses for some kissing. And a little touching. But mostly we worked.
I shook my head. “That’s all I brought home. I’ll bring home more over the next few days and be finished by next weekend. I still can’t believe it’s in two weeks.”
Ethan nodded. “I saw the signs in town. I mentioned it to all of my employees. As far as I know, they’re all going and bringing kids and grandkids.”
