Lila continued leading them through the road and telling them some stories about the pack. Evie kept looking around and wondered why the pack wasn't as beautiful as it was in the books she had read.
Well, she would find out soon enough. She dismissed her thoughts and focused on what Lila was telling them.
Lila halted immediately.
"What happened?" Ashton asked.
"Someone is following us." She said.
"Who could that be?" Evie asked.
Lila followed her instinct and went behind a tree then pulled someone out.
Their eyes opened wide at whom they saw.
"Alice! What are you doing here?" Ashton asked.
"I... I... I..." She stuttered.
"You know her?" Lila asked.
"Yeah, she's my sister." Ashton said, still looking at her.
Evie sighed while the rest facepalme
