The next day after school, Fred went to register for an evening class in a tutorial center, in preparation for his upcoming SSCE examinations and other school leaving certificate examinations. He also started lectures the same day.

The next day, was Wednesday, Fred and his siblings were all dressed for school when his phone rang, he checked, and it was his father calling, so he picked the call "hello Dad.... goodmorning sir" he greeted and kept quiet for a few seconds, then spoke again " we are fine.... we were about leaving before your call came in" he kept quiet again for a few seconds "ok dad.... bye" he said and finally ended the call.
"what did dad say? " Nelson asked
" He said he won't be coming back today again; his coming back is on Friday" Fred replied. Why na aaa?" Juliet asked in a low tone. "Don't worry, Friday is not too far, and besides, he said he still have work to do at Abuja...... let's go to school, we are running late" he said and they all left...

While in school, Fred told Tracy about his dad's postponed return day, and how unhappy it has made Juliet.
"Daddy's girl....... what do u expect? you know she's too fond of your dad" Tracy said.
" I know, and I have been wondering....." he paused and continued again " Tracy I need your help" he finally stopped. "What do you want me to do for you?" Tracy asked. " I want you to come and stay in our house till my dad comes back, so u can keep my sister company" Fred replied, and ansiously waited for to say yes to his request. " I will to tell my mom first,if she agrees, then I will come, but if she doesn't, then I don't have a choice" she replied. Fred was a bit disappointed at the response he got.

Fred and Nelson were watching a football match at about 6pm that same day, when someone knocked on the door, Nelson quickly opened the door, and it was Tracy "Welcome Tracy" Nelson greeted.
"thank you" she replied as she walked in. Fred on seeing her, quickly went to her and gave her a deep kiss and a passionate hug "I thought you would never come" he said.
"I told you if mum agrees, then I will come........so where is Juliet?" she asked looking around
" Juliet is in her room watching a movie with Mary" Nelson replied. " I will be in her room then" she said and went upstairs to Juliet's room.
