Eirina
“What do you want again Lizz?” She heard him say angrily. She breathed heavily and she though “I am about to do the biggest mistake of my life... oh lord!” She then tried to speak
“It’s Eirina, not Lizz.”
And who the f**k was Lizz? His girlfriend? His assistant? Who?
“Hello kitty!” He sounded like he was smiling
“We need to talk!” She said without hesitation.
“Yeah, I think we need. When?”
“Today maybe? You can come to my office.” She suggested
“How about my house?”
“No! I am not coming back to Hallway Cottage. How about your office?”
“Ok. How about 6 pm? Can you be at my office at 6 pm?”
“Yes. I will be there John.” She prepared to hang up
“Kitty?” He said quickly
“Yes?”
“Wear something nice baby!” He said and he hung up the phone
Few hours later
Eirina got out of the cab and looked at the Hertz Enterprise. It was a nice building but she did not come there for a tour. She came here defeated. She was going to sell to John a year of her life... but... he had to agree with her terms...
She sighed and moved on. The frond door told her that Mr. Hertz was waiting her. She entered the elevator and looked herself in the mirror. She was nice! She dressed with a nice leather, under the knees dress. She wore her black Louboutin stilletos. She had her hair up and her makeup was fantastic. She dressed well because she wanted to give herself courage. Not because he said so! No!
The elevator stopped at 15th floor. She went out to a lobby. The lights were closed and only the lights of the corridor were open, in order to guide her to John’s office. He waited for her in another lobby and welcomed her with a smile
“You look exquisite, kitty.” He said
Eirina blushed and said
“Good afternoon to you too.”
She looked around at John’s office. It was bigger than hers, with black and white furniture. He had not personal belongings in there, nor a picture or an accessory. Eirina saw that the dining table was ready and that the food was served.
“We never talked about a dinner...” she said furiously.
“And? It’s time for dinner honey, you look tiny too... so I thought that we could talk and eat at the same time” he said and guided her to sit down.
Eirina obeyed.
“Wine?” He asked while he was already serving
“Yes.”
He sat in his chair and looked at her with interest in his eyes...
“So... Eirina... I didn’t expect you to call me this morning.”
“Yes, you did” she said “no more lies John... you know why I am here...”
“Yes, indeed. But I wanna here it... did you study the papers?”
“Yes. You were right. My family wants 7 million. We have debts we need to pay...”
“And you need me...”
“As much as you need me...”
John silenced for a moment... this conversation wasn’t going well... she tried to take control... she was a good negotiator!
“Ok kitty... what do you want?”
“I want that 7 millions John. I will marry you, but I have some terms that you have to accept.”
“I am listening...”
“First of all... no s*x! I will not share my bed with you”
“Ok”
“And no mistresses”
“I beg your pardon?”
“You will be loyal to me John... for a year... as long as we are married you will not have s*x with another woman. You will respect your wedding vows, even if you don’t like it...”
“Accepted.... continue.”
“I want to keep my job. I want to work in the law company. I want to make my own money.”
“You will have my money, kitty. As long as you are married to me, I will provide you everything that you want. Clothes, trips, luxurious life. You don’t have to work.”
“You don’t understand... I want and I will continue to work. You just have to accept it.”
John paused again and looked at her
“Ok... next kitty?”
“I want the money after the ceremony. I will invite my parents in the wedding, cause if I won’t do it they will think something is wrong... they won’t know our little secret, our agreement... but I want the money the next day of our marriage.”
“Ok, kitty... next?”
“I haven’t any other request...” Eirina said and she was relieved... that went well... John agreed to all her terms... she looked at him and she saw a flash in his eyes... that wasn’t good... something was going on... then John smiled...
“It’s time to announce you me terms, kitty... first of all you will live under the same roof with me, in Hallway Cottage. You will have to be a good wife, a caring one, cause we will have to trick everyone that we are in love. Also, you are not allowed to bring your child with you in Hallway Cottage,...”
“I don’t have a child” Eirina said and she was ready to kill him.
“You don’t?”
“No...”
John
He didn’t read anything about a baby in the investigators report but he assumed that she was living with her child... she now told him that she hadn’t a child, which was weird... he would ask her later about the baby....
“You will escort me in any business trip or party. You are not allowed to have a lover and I won’t accept any suspicion about cheating... are we good? You will have your money the day after the wedding. We will sign a premarital contract that we will be married for a year and after this period of time you will never ask me for money. Ok kitty? Do we have a deal?”
He was a dangerous man... he could see fear in her eyes! She would be a lovely wife! For a year! He would make her pay for these six separate years. Oh, yes! He had already decided that he was going to be loyal to her. He wouldn’t find another woman’s company in bed, other than his hot wife... she would pay...
