Bella’s P.O.V.
“Well your offer is really tempting and hard to say no, but… ummmm… my apologies for being straight forwards Mr Knight… But…. I am happy with my present job and I don’t want to change the job”, I didn’t like to beat the bushes and that was why I refused Mr Knight’s offer in straight words. He chuckled and then put down his mug on the table. At present we were sitting in a coffee shop. I got his email the last night in which he asked me to meet him around 11 in the morning the next day, i.e. today and here I was sitting with him in this coffee shop listening to his proposal for being her PA.
“I am sure that the main reason behind your rejection is your relation with Mr Lockwood, right?” he gave me a toothy smile that I replied with a fake but small smile.
