I shoved my gun into my back pocket and walked towards the car with a smile. I opened it to find Lexie already asleep. She seems to be sleeping a lot nowadays. I moved in slowly and quietly, making sure I did not wake her, even though I knew she would eventually wake up once the car started moving. She is a very light sleeper. She wakes up at any slight noise, which is opposite to me; you would have to make a whole lot of noise to wake me up.
