CHAPTER 8 HEAVEN WHITE

 Sky stopped walking on the side of the road and I wondered why because we had not yet reached our house. He looked at me and he stared at me for a long time, I was a little confused when he looked at me so I spoke. “Why is that Sky? Do you have something to say?” I asked him.

 Sky sighed and he asked me. “What happened? Did John do anything to you? ” I was surprised by his question because I didn’t expect that. “Ahh… No, nothing.” I answered him. I looked away from him so he would not notice that I was lying to him. “Admit it to me Heaven, you can trust me.” He answered me.

 If I say? Will he save my life and the life of my mother? I was stunned for a few seconds to think about whether I should really say it or not. “Um… John.” I would have said, but his cell phone suddenly rang. Liza called to him.

 I moved a little away to provide privacy in their conversation. I wondered if this was really my decision. I mean, he's my friend, I noticed that he doesn't let me down. I looked the other way; I saw a family, mother, father, and son walking. I was a little jealous and hurt. What would my life be like if my parents did not die?

 After talking to Sky on the cell phone, he approached me. “Liza invite us to come to their house tomorrow after class, will you come?” Sky asked me. I don't know if I will come because of what happened to me last time. “I'm not sure; I don't want to repeat what happened to me in the past.” I refused.

 “In that case, I just won't come either.” He answered me. I was a little sad because he felt sorry for me. “It's okay if you want to go, I won't stop you.” I answered him. “I want you to be with me, I want you to be happy if I am happy too, but if you are sad I will sympathize with you in your sadness.” I was pleased with what he said.

 “Thank you Sky, you are really my only true friend, About Liza, I feel like she doesn't like me and she just pretending.” I told him. And this time Sky hugged me tightly.

 I also hugged him back and I cried in his arm, his uniform is wet because of my tears. “Please, tell me, what really happened? Who hurt you, I am here.” He told me. My heartbeat is beating so fast again, because I would tell him the truth.

 “I was raped Sky.” I whispered in his ear. He hugged me tighter, and I heard him cry too. He stroked my back to bring out everything I was feeling. “Who?” He asked me. I was even more nervous when he asked me who raped me.

 “John.” Sky let go of my hug and wiped away my tears. “He will be held accountable for what he did to you.” He answered me, somehow relieving the pain I was feeling. “Don't cry anymore.” I stopped crying when I felt love and concern for a true friend.

 Sky still took me to our house and he still held my hand, when we arrived, he let go of my hand and he gave me a kiss on my forehead. “Don't be afraid, okay?” He stared me in the eye and he smiled. He let me know he was leaving.

 He crossed the road and I also turned my back on him when I suddenly heard a loud car noise. I turned around and saw Sky lying on the road. I also saw the car stopped in front of it. The driver came out and he approached Sky unconscious, I ran to him, I sat next to him; I saw the blood on his head.

 I immediately picked up my cell phone and called an ambulance. “Sky! Sky! Wake up! Please, don’t leave me. ” I shouted at him. I looked at the driver and shouted at him what he had done to my friend. “Sorry, I fell asleep while driving on the road.” The driver answered me. I called his name again and again, but he did not wake up.

 The ambulance and the police also arrived, he was taken inside the ambulance and I went with him. I still hold his hand while calling his name over and over. The nurse told me that she still had a heartbeat and needed to be taken to the hospital because the blood in her head did not stop.

 We got to the hospital, in the Emergency Room. I was not allowed to go inside so I just waited outside, I remembered my mother, maybe she was worried about me because I had not come home yet, I took my cell phone and called her. I told her I was in the hospital, and I told her why I was here. Fortunately, she allowed me to stay for my friend.

 I waited outside for more than a few hours until the doctor came out, he said Sky was okay and there was nothing to worry about, just in case the bad news was that he might have amnesia due to the impact of his fall on the floor. “Oh my god.” I cried at what the doctor said. I never thought this would happen, as if we had just been talking on the road.

 “We will put him in a private room, maybe it would be better for you to accompany him until he wakes up, and we do not know that he might remember something or all the memories will disappear from his brain.” The doctor tapped me and he left. I can't believe what he said, is it really happening or is it just a dream. I hope I wake up if it's all a nightmare.

 Sky was moved to a private room and I also went in there, I saw Sky lying down, he was still sleeping. I also said to my mother that I was here in the hospital to sleep to watch Sky. The nurse entered the room to hand over Sky's belongings to me. I immediately took it.

 I looked at his belongings and picked up his cell phone, I looked at the contacts so I could call his father and mother, or maybe he had siblings. They should know what happened to Sky. I wondered why his contacts were empty beside me and the number of his soccer coach.

 I still searched inside his bag, but I found nothing but paper. I decided to open it to get more information. I opened a folder and saw the name of a company, and it was named after Sky. I was still looking for other information, but what I found was a family picture.

 I also saw a picture of a helicopter crashing. It's just, it's gone. Looks like no one else will watch Sky but I. I didn't look inside his bag anymore because I really couldn't find anything. I had fallen asleep in the chair. Until I woke up.

 I was surprised to see Sky already sitting on his bed. I immediately ran outside and to called doctor and nurse. We all entered Sky's room and I just stood on the side while Sky was talking to the doctor and the nurse. They also finished asking questions and the doctor approached me.

 “He remembers some and some does not, his body is okay, his bones are not broken. He can remember, but not everyone; try to bring back what happened in his life because there is a good chance that he will remember everything. ” After the doctor told me this they left.

 I approached him and I saw him smile at me, with the expression on his face I was sure he remembered me. “Hi Heaven.” I cried when he mentioned my name. I sat down next to him and held his hand. “Thank you and you remember me.” I couldn't help but cry in front of him; he raised one hand to wipe away my tears.

 “Don't cry, I'm alive, alive, they say it will take a long time for the weeds to die.” He even managed to joke despite his condition. I remember that I say something to him earlier about John. “Do you know John?” I saw the expression on his face as if his wondering. “Who is that person?” He asked me. I can't believe he doesn't remember John. “Just a joke, yes, I know him, but what does he have? You know him too.” He asked me again

 I was surprised by what he said, he knew John but he did not remember that I told him about John did to me. “Ah... I'm just asking, because he is one of your friends. Do you know Liza too.” I asked again. “Yes, Campus Queen.” He replied. He knew someone but he probably did not remember the events. “Do you also remember the photo spread at school 3 months ago?” I asked him. “What photo?” He asked me.

 I did not ask him much because he might still have a headache. I just said what the doctor told me that there are lost memories in his brain, but there is a good chance that it will come back as well, just don't force it. I was surprised by what Sky did when he pulled me towards him to hug.
