Alex left Mariam sleeping when he departed for his early morning appointment with Taylor and Becky. He was anxious to see if they could really change the way Slim was acting around the women. Since their fathers had given permission for them to use their powers, there was nothing stopping them from trying to help.
Alex rose and greeted Taylor and Becky when Lynn escorted them into his office. “Thank you for coming to my office this morning,” said Alex.
“We talked with our fathers, and they gave us an okay, but they also told us we needed to explain to you how our powers work,” said Taylor.
