Chapter 11

Armarria stopped at a hotel to try and heal Savion’s wound herself. It was extremely hard for her to pick him up, even using her telekinesis she struggled to get him onto the bed. She hoped no one saw her but she couldn’t afford to think of that at the moment. She grabbed rubbing alcohol and bandages. In a panic, she ripped Savion’s shirt to clean his wounds. Once she opened his shirt she saw a black tar in his veins. She gasped as the tar slowly spread up his body. With a quick dial, she grabbed Savion’s cell phone calling the only person she could think off. “Shadow?” “Armarria? What happened to my brother?” His voice remained calm even though she was falling apart as tears fell down her face. “I don’t know what to do. Savion got stabbed by a blade. A G.E.M blade. A black tar is spreading through his veins.” Armarria slumped on the bed beside Savion defeated. Shadow growled low. “Damn it Savion.” He cursed. “You guys are too far out. I could not get there in time with Sara. You have to help him.” “I don’t know how.” “If you love my brother like you say you do, you will find a way to help him. If you can take a man apart molecule by molecule, you can get the poison out of his body. Just be careful. One mistake and you will kill him. Call me once it is done. His body can do the rest.” He hung up before Armarria could speak again. With much frustration, she threw the phone across the room. She grabbed her head trying to focus and think. She could do this because she did love Savion and had no choice. She mounted on top of him, her legs straddling his waist. She sighed calming her mind and her breathing so she could focus. “I can’t lose you Savion. I love you. You hear me.” She leaned down and kissed his lips before she began to extract the poison. She sat beside him on the same side the knife had penetrated, figuring it would be a good idea to start from there. Her palms were sweaty and shaky. The tar began to move slightly. With the most painful groan, Savion’s back rose from the bed. She stopped instantly watching his body fall back. Her hands jerked back. “I’m sorry,” She said quickly. It was hard to tone down her power to this extent and be able to take out only poison and not a bone or other important things Savion needed to survive. When she killed Raul her mind wasn’t thinking. The power took control and killed him without worrying about his safety, but this was someone she loved now. Savion wasn’t the enemy. She tried again to extract the poison. “Just the black part. Just the black part.” She chanted to herself. Again Savion’s body lifted painfully. His face clenched in pain as he screamed out loud. She stopped again. The poison was moving closer to his chest now. She began to panic. “No please.” She cried, touching his chest where his veins were turning black. Her finger traced back the veins on his arms first. With satisfaction, the black began to swim back towards the wound. Not wanting to get too excited she traced it away out of the wound until she mentally pulled it out of him. Savion’s fist clenched as some of the poison flopped on the ground. She smiled and continued her task to get rid of it all. She followed another vein slowly, taking her time to make sure the poison didn’t harm Savion anymore. “Ar…” Savion began to scream as she pulled another handful of tar out of him. Blood spilled on the bed as the wound began to grow a little bigger. Armarria had to continue despite her being afraid of hurting him. She was healing him and that was the only thing that mattered. Anger began to rise toward her so-called brother, Armon. She couldn’t understand the event that unfolded at the Cloak’s hideout. Her father Ray Van didn’t want to kill her, but use her for more power. Some of the other members wanted her gone except one. The woman that jolted her back to Savion showed her compassion which caused her to question everything she assumed about the Cloak. At least some of the members. Savion began to cough up blood. He heaved over to his side to keep from choking. Armarria grabbed his face. “Savion? I’m sorry. Are you ok?” She kissed his forehead. He tried to smirk but it only looked like it hurt painfully. “Um no.  My body feels like shit.” She backed away to give him space. “I’m sorry... Armon…” “Stop apologizing Armarria. I’m fine.” He tried to sit up but winced in more pain lying back on the bed. He cursed. “My body feels as if I am on fire.” She grabbed a wet towel to place on his forehead. “It’s the poison. It’s still some left inside your body. I have to get it out.” Savion nodded. “Place a towel in my mouth.” Armarria nodded, running to the bathroom to get a clean towel. She placed the towel in inside his mouth. “It will be over soon.” Savion braced himself clenching onto the bed sheets getting ready for the pain. She traced his vein in his stomach the last of the black tar. Her touch was highly distracting as he watched her carefully trace the vein. He didn’t believe it possible, but at that moment he loved her more. Her unbreakable focus to cure him was heartwarming.   His body was already healing in the places the black tar was gone. The only problem now was the hole in his side. He bit down on the towel as he screamed. The black tar pulling out of his body was excruciatingly painful. He rose up off the bed clenching over as the last of the tar hit the ground. She quickly began to bandage his cut. Savion clenched and fell back on the bed in a sweat. Armarria placed the towel back on his forehead while removing the towel from his mouth. “s**t baby.” He panted. “You did it. I can feel my body healing now.” He wrapped his arm around her waist pulling her closer. She wrapped her arm around his neck. “Savion I thought…I couldn’t…” tears began to fall from her face. He held her close to console her. “I am fine now. Can you pass me my phone? I need to call Shadow.” She hurried to get his phone from across the room. “I got frustrated. I’m sorry I threw it.” Savion laughed softly but winced in pain. Armarria hit the redial and Shadow’s phone rang. “Savion you bastard you better be alive.” Savion laughed softly again wincing in pain. “You trying to kill me now Shadow.” He coughed. “You need some tea. Tell your woman to go out and get you some.” Savion looked up at Armarria, fearing her leaving his side. “I can walk Shadow. I am not crippled.” Armarria’s arms swayed as the weariness began to kick in. “Savion you need time to heal. If you get stabbed in perfect health what do you think you will accomplish now if attacked?” Savion sighed knowing his brother was right. “I am glad the woman was able to get the poison out in time. Do not make me worry again.” “I will try not to Shadow. Safeguard the house more if you can. The G.E.M that stabbed me was a teleporter. Apparently Ray Van’s son.” “Elizabeth’s son?” “No, I do not think Elizabeth was involved in the making of that one. He is a follower for sure.” Armarria grabbed the phone placing it on speaker. “His name is Armon. He hates me and tried to kill me. He believed the Cloak would praise him for it but instead, they scolded him. I saw the Cloak members.” Savion started rising up slowly in disbelief. “What? How?” “Armon teleported me there.” “Do you know where?” Shadow asked. She closed her eyes and tried to remember anything about her surroundings that would help them. “It was dark inside a huge church maybe. I’m not entirely sure. There were symbols on the walls. I couldn’t make them out.” Savion touched her cheeks anger rising with guilt he wasn’t there to protect her. “One of the members is a woman. She called me the key and she brought me back. One of the other members said she was soft because of her daughter which confused me a bit. I don’t know what that was about.” “Seems as if we should do more research on the Cloak. I never heard of a woman as a member but anything is possible. Were you able to obtain the pictures?” Armarria looked around the room for her bag. She rummaged inside for a minute but soon sighed with relief. “Yes, I have them.” Savion sighed as well. “We will be home as soon as possible. Maybe tomorrow evening we shall be on the way.” “Do not get stabbed again.” Was Shadow’s last words before he hung up. Armarria walked over to Savion with the pictures, smiling as she relived the memories. There was one of her mom and her. She held it close to her heart. Savion grabbed her wrist pulling her closer on the bed to relax with him. Her back rested against the headboard. “I was mad at her that day. She made me wear this hideous hat, but she thought it was so cute she tricked me into taking a picture in it.” Savion smiled as she showed him the picture. “You look just like her. And the hat was very cute on you.” She smiled. “Here is Sephora. She was older than me, but we hung out the most when we were little.” She flipped the pictures to show a recent photo of her. Armarria looked shocked. “This is recent. Maybe five years old, but how would my mom have recent pictures?” Savion grabbed the pictures to examine them. “It seems your mother continued to look after you all even when you could not remember her.” Armarria bit her lip and weaseled out of bed. Savion held his hand out for her. “Armarria?” she turned back to him. “I’m sorry I thought I could do this but I can’t. A piece of me is so angry with her that she didn’t write me or come see me or anything. She let me go on with my life for so many years. How could she do that? I’m her daughter…” “Your mother did what she felt was right for your protection. For everyone’s protection, Armarria. I am sure it hurt her to see you when she did. She watched over you from afar. That means she still loved you Armarria.” He still waited for her to come back to the bed. “It is a recent picture here of you as well.” He held the picture up so she could see the proof. She walked over quickly to grab the photo. “I was with Ryan at this time. It was our third year anniversary.” It pained Savion to feel her pain of losing Ryan and her mother all in one swoop. In a way, she felt she was destroying his life when in truth everything bad that had happened to her started with him. If only he had let her go when he should have. “I am the one that should be sorry Armarria. I killed Ryan. I watched Raul kill your mother. I was not there to protect you when I should have been. If the Cloak had killed you while I was out…” The words wouldn’t even escape his lips. “Don’t talk like that. We are okay. Both of us. My mother was in front of me and I couldn’t help her. Ryan..” She paused becoming angry and sad all over. “Ryan was never mine. He threatened Sara so he had to go one way or the other.” Savion pulled her close to kiss her lips. “It does not change how you feel about him.” Armarria grabbed his cheeks. “It changes everything towards my feelings for you.” He smiled, grunting as he hopped out of the bed. “Where are you going? Don’t get out of bed.” Armarria ran to his side to help him walk. “I am fine really.” He stepped over the tar looking disgusted. “I just have to pee.” Armarria helped him to the bathroom and closed the door once he was inside. She began to clean the black tar off the floor using her mind to collect the gunk into a mason jar. Shadow would want to examine the poison. Savion stared at his wound in the mirror. It was a purplish color but healing slowly. He knew he had to go home soon. The number of hits he could take after the poison was his concern. Armarria could take care of herself now which helped ease his mind, but it never changed. Placing the bandage in the trash, he started running the shower. He was tired and felt helpless. Armarria knocked on the door and opened it to see him undressing. “Yes?” He asked, continuing to pull down his pants. Armarria just stared with her mouth opened, never getting used to seeing him naked. “I came to see if you wanted some food. I will order us something from the hotel or we could always get take out.” Savion thought for a moment. His stomach growled right on cue. “Take out sounds nice.” She nodded. “And maybe a scary movie.” She laughed to herself walking back into the hotel. Savion stepped into the shower allowing the hot water to take over his body and senses. He ached and the hot water began a soothing massage. A few minutes later Armarria walked in again, this time not knocking. She pulled back the shower curtain and undressed. Savion’s body became alert immediately as his p***s became hard at the sight of her. He helped her step in and pulled her close. “How’s your side?” She asked examining the wound. “I told you it was healing.” He grabbed her face and leaned down to give her a passionate kiss. His hands caressed her shoulders as she pushed him against the wall of the shower. She began to kiss down his stomach until she reached his pelvic area. With small licks and bites, she teased him. “I want to try something. Tell me if I hurt you ok.” Savion’s eyebrows rose in curiosity. “What are you thinking?” She gave an innocent smile and moved backward away from him. “Just tell me okay.” She raised her hand in a jerk off motion staring right at his p***s. Instantly Savion began to moan as if she was using her physical hand to jack him off, but with her mind, the feeling came off so much more intense. It took a certain level of concentration to not go overboard for Armarria. Seeing what she could do to heal made her want to see what she could do to please him as well. “This is not fair.” Savion threw his head back enjoying the feeling more than he liked. She laughed softly. “I want to experiment all my power on you. You have been teaching me to control it.” She touched his chest still pleasing him with her mind. He growled and grabbed her placing her against the wall with her legs on his shoulders. She gasped not prepared for his lapping tongue on her clit. She tried to focus on pleasing him while he pleased her, but at times she found herself stopping as she arched into him from the pleasure she was feeling. He kissed his way up to her neck and whispered in her ear wrapping her legs firmly around his waist.   “Put me inside of you without your hands.” She waved her hands and his hips surged forward as his p***s entered her fast. She cried out as she held onto Savion’s shoulders. “God I f*****g love you.” He moaned as he began a fast-paced ride. Forgetting about his wounds and the war around them, they both could have each other if nothing else. “Awww I love you!” She said in between thrusts as she panted. The earth began to rock around them as her orgasm erupted sending them both flying to the heavens together as they came.
