I lay on my stomach, relishing in the burning throbbing feeling all over my body. The pain seems endless, and I really don't mind it. Actually, I love it. I'm not sure why my brain is wired to translate pain into pleasure, but it is.

The ache of the welts on my thighs, ass, and back are like utter euphoria, and for that, I can't thank my Master enough, but I've had something weighing on my mind for a while now.

"Is it always going to be like this, Master?" I ask while Andrew puts away the whip he used on me. He's sexy when he gets all dom but after the aftercare, he's like a sweet teddy bear. He puts his hair up when he plays with me, so that's his tell. If it's up, I know what's about to happen.

I smile, but force it away so I can continue. "Why don't you want to sign a contract with me?"

"We've been over this a thousand times. I'm just not the commitment type of guy. I don't see myself being with any subs long term."

"That's not true, Master. If that was true then you would've thrown me away a long time ago. You play with me all the time and we've known each other for three years. That is long term." I argue, trying my best not to seem disrespectful.

"I thought it was just me at first. I thought that maybe I was too annoying or disobedient, but I make sure to do everything you say exactly how you say it and whenever you want me to. Then I thought maybe I'm just not attractive enough, but you compliment me all the time, so I don't know what's wrong. Did I do something?"

"No. No, of course not. Look, it's not you. You're amazing. You're obedient and sexy and your screams sound like angels singing, but I don't know. I've never wanted to play with a sub more than one or two times, so I've never signed a contract before. I don't even know where to start."

I look up at him with wide eyes, noticing his cheeks get a bit more red than normal. "You've never had a sub before? Maybe you could ask Dax to help you with the contract. You don't have to worry, Master. You're a great dom, and signing a contract won't change that."

He sighs and leans down to kiss my lips gently. I'm not used to him being gentle, so it's shocking. Shocking, but nice. "I'd rather die than ask for help. I'll figure it out on my own, but I'll have a contract for you tomorrow. Be here at 8 sharp so we can go over it."

"Really? You want to be my dom?"

"If it means I get to reserve your tight perky ass for myself then absolutely." He responds. I blush and put my face in the pillow as he stands up. "I'll be in my normal spot. You rest for a bit and come out when you can walk properly."

I nod obediently, trying to keep my cool when I'm practically squealing in my head. Master Andrew is finally going to be my dom. My dom. I won't have to worry about him finding a newer sub that pleases him more than me. He might even collar me if I'm good enough.

I didn't even get the chance to say anything once I walked in. "Do you want me naked, Master?"

"No. I don't want anything to cloud your judgement. I know this is something that you'd think you've wanted for a long time, but don't think of this as an order. I want you to make a decision that you are most comfortable with, and if that means that you'd rather stay as we are now, then that's fine. We'll still play together. It just won't be exclusive."

"Yes, Master." I respond. Once I kneel in front of him, he hands me a copy of the contract. It's by far the most detailed one I've seen, but somehow, it makes sense for us. Sadist and masochists have to cover more than just the basic hard limits and safewords.

"Don't just skim it. Read everything, and if your knees get tired you can sit on your butt." He tells me.

Despite having a fetish for chaining me up and torturing me until I'm bloody and bruised, Master is usually quite playful and easygoing. He seems much more demanding and serious right now. It's odd, but really sexy.

I look down at the paper and make sure to read each word, not skimming over any part of it.

1.0.0 Term

The Master and slave agree to enter this contract for the duration of 6 months with possibility of renewal.

2.0.0 Goals

2.0.1 The Masters Goals are to:

• Guide the slave into comfortable and consensual servitude

• Help the slave rid himself of any negative feeling affected by pride and ego

• Improve the trust between Master and slave

• Assist the slave in learning about his desires

• Teach the slave how to best serve, satisfy, and surrender to his Master.

2.0.2 The slaves Goals are to:

"May I use a pen, Master?" I ask once I see the blank spaces meant for me to fill in.

Andrew hands me a pen, leaving me to look down at the paper and tilt my head. What am I hoping to get out of this? I like being a sub because every time I play with a dom I discover something new about myself. For a long time I didn't even know that I liked pain, but now I thrive on it.

I like the Master/Slave dynamic because I like having a purpose. I like being useful and needed. It's something I constantly crave.

Doms are good for me because they always try to build me up. You'd think that willfully serving someone would make you feel bad about yourself, but it does the opposite for me.

Those are my goals.

3.0.0 Respect

The Master and slave will share mutual respect for one another during the duration of this contract with no exceptions. True submission or dominance cannot be obtained without mutual respect.

4.0.0 Expectations and Rules

4.0.1 Expectations

• The Master expects the slave to wholeheartedly surrender his mind, body, and soul.

• The Master expects the slave to make himself readily available to the Master at all times unless otherwise stated by the Master

• The Master expects the slave to remove any boundaries preventing him from giving his time to the Master (i.e. Job, social outings, house) and in return, the Master will provide financially, physically, and emotionally for his slave

• The Master expects the slave to obey each rule he puts in place

• The Master expects the slave to obey commands without hesitation

• The Master expects the slave to be monogamous during the duration of the contract unless otherwise stated by the Master

• The Master expects the slave to abide by this contract entirely

4.0.2 Rules

• The slave will not smoke or do drugs

• The slave will ask permission to drink alcohol

• The slave will abide by the schedule the Master makes for him

• The slave will not wear anything that has not been approved by the Master

• The slave will not eat anything that is not approved by the Master

• The slave will not do anything harmful to himself or others

• The slave will sleep in the master's bed every night

• The slave will not touch the Master without permission

• The slave will allow the Master use of his body at all times

• The slave will be naked when he is alone with his Master or around other in the lifestyle

• The slave will not talk back or argue with the Master

• The slave will not gratify himself without permission

• The slave will not c*m without permission

• The slave will happily accept any punishment given by the Master

• The slave will thank the Master after each scene (including punishments)

• The slave will kneel on the floor unless he gets permission from the Master

• The slave will not curse in the presence of the Master

• The slave will refer to the Master as "Master" in private and "Sir" in public

• The slave will not use the master's name without permission

• The slave will always ask permission before leaving the house

• The slave will be respectful at all times

• The slave will communicate his feelings to the Master regardless of any rules

Once I finish the clause about rules and expectations, I take a break to process. I've never had to remember so many rules before. I wonder if I'll have to memorize them.

"M-Master? Do I need to memorize the rules?"

"Yes. I'll give you time to do that. Did you read all of them?"

"Yes, Master."

"Then you realize that you'll be moving in with me and quitting your job, correct?"

"Yes, Master."

"You have no complaints?"

"Well my lease isn't over until next month and if I quit my job then I won't have the money-"

"I'll pay what's left on your apartment. I'll have a bedroom set up for you as well so you have a personal space to keep your things, but you will be sleeping in my bedroom every night."

"Okay, Master. That sounds nice."

5.0.0 Rights and Responsibilities of the Master

5.0.1 Rights of the Master

• The Master has the right to use the slave as he sees fit. This includes but is not limited to household chores, running errands, and/or s****l gratification

• The Master has the right to restrict the slave's social interaction within reason

• The Master has the right to dictate the slaves clothing and eating habits

• The Master has the right to look through the slaves personal belongings, but does not have the right to confiscate or alter them

• The Master has the right to punish the slave

• The Master has the right to give the slave any command so long as it is within the parameters outlined in section 9.1.0 Limits

• The Master has the right to terminate the contract at any time given that he allows the slave ample time to find a job and another place to live.

5.0.2 Responsibilities of the Master

• The Master is responsible for the slaves overall well-being

• The Master is responsible for providing financially for the slave. This includes a small allowance of $300 a week. If the slave wishes to exceed the allotted amount he must receive permission first

• The Master is responsible for providing a bedroom and food for the slave

• The Master is responsible for the safety of the slave during scenes

• The Master is responsible for administering adequate aftercare after each scene

• The Master is responsible for knowing his slave's physical and emotional state

• The Master is responsible for providing a safe environment for his slave to explore his desires

• The Master is responsible for his Slave's happiness

6.0.0 Rights and Responsibilities of the Slave

6.0.1 Rights of the Slave

• The slave has the right to veto commands given by his Master within the parameters outlined in section 8.0.2 Veto power

• The slave has the right to give input when it comes to what the Master and slave will do in a scene, but does not have the right to give input during punishment

• The slave has the right to ask the Master personal questions, but does not have the right to go through the Master's things

• The slave has the right to alter his hard limits at any time

• The slave has the right to give his respectfully honest opinion at any time

• The slave has the right to terminate the contract as he sees fit

6.0.2 Responsibilities of the Slave

• The slave is responsible for maintaining his hygiene

• The slave is responsible for keeping himself clean shaven

• The slave is responsible for always being prepared for his masters use

• The slave is responsible for abiding by the daily schedule that the Master will make

• The slave is responsible for all household chores and cooking

• The slave is responsible for pleasuring his Master in any way that he is able

• The slave is responsible for managing his allowance well

• The slave is responsible for communicating his feelings with his master

7.0.0 Communication

A good Dom/sub and/or Master/slave relationship is built on trust and communication. If the slave fails to communicate his feelings with his Master, it could cause serious trauma for him. It is imperative that the slave always communicates with the Master. The Master will also communicate thoroughly with the slave especially before a scene.

8.0.0 Slaves behavior and Veto power

8.0.1 Slaves behavior

The slave should always be well behaved whether in the presence of his Master or not. Disrespecting other doms is cause for punishment. The slave should never come across as rude or disrespectful to anyone especially not the master's friends and/or family.

8.0.2 Veto Power

The slave has the right to veto any command, rule, and/or punishment if the situation falls under any of these circumstances:

• The action would cause mental trauma to the slave

• The action makes the slave feel unsafe

• The action is illegal

• The action would permanently alter the slaves life (i.e. causing family tension, losing a friend, etc.)

• The action permanently harms the slave outside of the parameters outlined in section 9.1.0 Limits

9.0.0 Limits and Safewords

9.1.0 Limits

Hard and soft limits can be revised by either party at any time.

9.1.1 Slave's Hard Limits

• Facial Bruises

• Anything involving women

9.1.2 Slave's Soft Limits

• Age play

9.1.3 Master's Hard Limits

9.1.4 Masters Soft Limits

9.2.0 Safewords

The Master and slave are both at liberty to use the chosen Safeword at any time. There will only be one safeword because of the dynamic of the relationship.

9.2.1 Safeword

"Master? What would you need the safeword for?" I ask.

Usually it's the submissives that have their limits pushed, so they need a safeword. The dom doesn't get pushed very much.

"I'll use the safeword in conversation rather than s*x. Like if you ask me a question that I don't want to answer for any reason, I can use the safeword, letting you know to drop the subject. It can also be used to defuse arguments if we ever have any. Either of us can say the safeword."

I nod along and smile. "That's really smart actually, Master. I'd never argue with you though."

10.0.0 Punishment and Safety

10.0.1 Punishment

The Master is at liberty to punish the slave as he sees fit. He may use any tool to administer the punishment given that it is not a hard limit for the slave. The slave will not argue about whether the punishment is justified, and will readily accept it.

10.0.2 Safety

The safety of the slave is the most important part of any d/s relationship. Fear play will be used quite often, so in order to protect the safety of the slave, he will review a list of possible tools and consent to their use before each scene. This will help the Master not push his slave too far while allowing the slave to indulge in the pleasure of fear play.

11.0.0 Confidentiality

What happens between the Master and his slave will not be spoken of to outside parties without the consent of both people. The Master and slave may discuss their scenes with the other doms and subs at the club, but not to vanilla people who are not in the lifestyle.

12.0.0 Alteration of the Contract

If the Master or Slave wishes to alter any portion of the contract, they may have a discussion about it and come to a consensus.

13.0.0 Termination

This contract has no legal binding and therefore can be terminated at will by either party for any reason.

14.0.0 Conclusion

14.0.1 Master's acknowledgement:

I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to accept this slave as my property, body and possessions, and to care for him to the best of my ability. I shall provide for his security and well-being and command him, train him, and punish him as a slave. I understand the responsibility implicit in this arrangement, and agree that no harm shall come to the slave as long as they are mine. I further understand that I can withdraw from this contract at any time.

14.0.2 Slave's Acknowledgement:

I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to give everything I own to my master, and further accept his claim of ownership over my physical body. I understand that I will be commanded, trained, and punished as a slave. I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my master to the best of my abilities. I further understand that I can withdraw from this contract at any time.

Andrew smirks down at me and reaches out to pet my hair. "And would you like to change anything."

"No, Master. I uh... I was wondering why branding is a soft limit for you. Other toys we use leave scars, so a brand wouldn't be much different."

Andrew stands and unzips his pants come making me tilt my head. Does he want me to please him?

Once he pulls them down a bit, I catch a glimpse of something I didn't notice before. He has a brand on his hip. It says 'demon' on it.

"My grandparents were religious and didn't like me very much when they found out I was gay. I was in middle school when I came out. My grandfather pinned me down and branded me thinking that it would cleanse my soul or some bullshit like that. When my parents found out, they got a restraining order against him and I haven't seen him since."

"I'm sorry that happened to you, Master." I tell him.

He always seems so strong and confident, so I never thought that anything bad happened to him, but now is different. He's even stronger than I thought.

"Don't worry. It's behind me now, but I don't want to do anything like that to you. If you don't wish to change anything and you still want to become my slave, sign there."

I smile at him and look back down at the paper, writing my name on the line.

I smile when he lays us down, resting his weight on top of me. "I am yours. My mind, body, and soul is yours to do with as you please, Master." I inform him.
