INTIMATE MOMENTS
Gabriella tossed and turned in her bed, her thoughts on Jesse and what he had told her about Erica. She flashed back on the times he would intermittently watch her while standing next to Erica, or the times he would touch her affectionately when they shared a joke in their group. At the time, she didn’t like how she might have had a tad of attraction towards him, thinking he was not only her best friend’s brother but her other friend’s fiancé too. It was wrong to have these feelings for him, so she put him out of her mind and got on with her life. When she’d been with Nick, she had always had a small part of her that cared for Jesse, and what she thought she had with Nick wasn’t real anyway.
