Brocc steadied his gun, but he couldn’t hit the drone without hitting Caulette.
“Unless you get out of the way, I can’t shoot!” he cried.

Geoffrey had disappeared downstairs, next to one of the glass tubes. He had a worried look on his face, and he was hitting buttons on the silver machine frantically.
