An unexpected turn

"Yasmine!!! get your but down here and eat! you lazy git" Mom screamed angrily a groan leaked from my mouth as I heard foot steps walking into my room. "GET YOUR ASS UP BEFORE I GET YOUR DAD IN HERE" "ughhh.. fine.." I said in a tired and weary voice. As my mother made her way out I jumped out of bed as I suddenly remembered something amazing, "AHHHHH! I FINALLY GET TO MEET MY MATE!!" "SHUT UP" screamed my younger brother, he had dropped out of high school and never made it to collage while I was a goodie two shoes and never missed a day. Today was the day I met my mate, I was turning 20 meaning I could sense my mate if he was within a mile radius. I sprinted around my room pulling out a pair of blue baggie jeans and a red crop top. As I slipped on my thick converse shoes, I put my 7 rings on. You may be thinking, what are you? a human? a vampire? a wolf? Well I'm a mixed breed so I live of blood but I can shift into a wolf and have the same features as one. I sprinted out my house and slipped my back Into my car and drove quickly down the street to my collage. That I know of I'm the only mixed breed in the collage the rest are wolves, but they have never really accepted me so I'm a bit of a loner. As soon as I parked up and walked inside all heads turned to look at me, I was used to it so I just shoved past and walked into class. I must admit I was a smart person. Not a smart ass but I had plenty of knowledge. Then with no warning I got a wiff of something amazing it smelt like wet dog but I liked it. In my head mate was being chanted over and over and over again.. I ran out the room following the endearing smell. "AH-" I toppled down like a domino being pushed, but then smell it was right in front off me.. I lept up "mate.." the man whispered I stared at him in awe his voice it was deep so so deep.. and his ocean blue eyes they were big like I could dive right into them. He hugged me and snuggled his head into the crease off my neck. I just stood there in complete shock. i hugged him back, "what's your name mate?" he spoke in a soft tone but the deep voice balanced it back to a normal tone, "I-im yasmine.. and y-you?" those were the only words I could think off!? I was so stupid, I was so in shock i couldn't think about anything but him and his delicious scent. he spoke in a malicious tone; "it's Ace Kingsly darling" I felt my face go bright red, I stuffed it into his chest and he laughed stupidly. I hadn't eaten all morning and when we were half way through second period my eyes faded from a deep brown and evil looking red. I snatched Ace from his chair and pulled him into the janitors closet. "baby.. I'm so hungry.." he spoke back softly "the eat darling" he bent his neck to the side and i couldn't resist, I but straight into his neck he groaned slightly but let me eat. My eyes gradually faded back and as soon as they did a sharp pain shot through my chest, I lept off him and held my chest. But it was gone.. I ran to Ace and hugged him while apologising vigorously. "honestly it's okay mi amor, you needed to eat so you did. and I'm fin-" suddenly he dropped to the floor, I caught him before he could completely hit the ground and carried him quickly out and to my car. I didn't care weither I got suspended or not I drove straight back to my house and carried him into my room, I calmly placed him on my bed and kissed his head. I called my collage and said "I'm so sorry but my mate was sick and me and him had to leave" the office lady said it was fine and I was dismissed with him for the week.
