I was happily lying in my comfy bed looking at the ceiling. My back was a little sore from sleeping in the hospital bed last night.

I rolled over to look at the sun shining through my window. And listened to the birds chirping.

Mom comes through my door with donuts. "Since you're feeling better, I got you your favorite donuts."

I looked in the bag to find two cinnamon donuts. "Thanks, Mom."

I grabbed one and started eating one as my Mom sat on the edge of my bed.

"I wanted to talk to you about something."

"The other day when you were in the hospital, Braden came over to explain what happened... and he told me that you were dating Nathan."
