An Mạc has a mysterious older brother.

He is the leader of a notorious gang, the owner of a colossal fortune, but also the kind of person who can kill without blinking an eye and always tries to prevent her from reclaiming her lost love before her memory loss.

She knew she couldn't escape the clutches of the beast she tearfully asked him a question.

"Diep Minh, what do you really want from me? Do you care about me or just want to possess me?"

Another time, when she was crossing the street with her boyfriend, a black car sped towards them at a staggering speed. It was aiming to hit him directly but she shielded him with her body, causing the car to stop about two meters away before speeding off.

She looked up, her shoulders trembling, and interrogated him.

"Was that you? Did you do all of this?"

He sat on the couch, chuckling darkly as he looked at her. Diep Minh didn't deny anything. Smoke swirled around him, his voice cold as ice.

"Don't worry, if it was me, I would definitely make sure that person pays the price, even if it means killing him! I won't let him mock you like a fool anymore."

Chapter 1: The One Who Hurt Me the Most is You
"Get out!" The cold, familiar command sent shivers down her spine, as she appeared after nearly half a year of silence. "Cố Diệp Minh! What are you doing here?" He was dressed in a dark black suit, resembling a messenger from hell come to take someone away. His enigmatic and inscrutable face made her think of the ruthless killer rumored in the underworld. He was the leader of a notorious underworld gang, revered and feared by many, with influence that extended far and wide. He was also her older brother, who had long carried the reputation of being cold-hearted towards his younger sister, Cố An Mạt. After neglecting her for six months without a word, why was he suddenly appearing here? Before she could understand what was happening, he roughly grabbed her hand and dragged her outside. Immediately after, a group of men wielding clubs barged into the room where only her newly acquainted boyfriend was present. The door was shut firmly. "What's going on? Let me out, release me." Caught off guard by this sudden action, her head spun, overwhelmed with a mix of emotions—worry, fear, and confusion. Ignoring the pain caused by his large hand gripping her, she rushed towards the room's door in the chaotic atmosphere. She knocked on the door and shouted continuously into the room, but all she heard in response were continuous screams echoing out. "Diệp Minh, quickly open the door, let me in. What are you doing?" She cried out, clinging tightly to his arm, her brows furrowing unconsciously. His cold, iron gaze seemed to want to drown everything in anger, a rage burning in his throat. Cố Diệp Minh wondered to himself, how could An Mạt love that person so much? This was truly the most absurd story he had ever witnessed. He hoarsely spoke, then looked at her tearful, bloodshot eyes, issuing a command. "Open the door." An Mạt stopped crying, turned around, and hurriedly ran into the blood-scented room. What she saw was so horrifying that she staggered back against the door, unable to believe her own eyes. There was no stopping them; Hạ Vũ was still being dragged across the floor, leaving a trail of dark blood, lying limp, his weak breath almost unbearable. "No!" An Mạt ran to shield him from the imminent blows of the clubs, commanding them to stop. She looked back at her counterpart with extreme anguish in her eyes. She was trembling with pain, finding it very difficult to find him. Yet this brutal older brother had said nothing and wanted to take a life as if it were a cheap commodity. She vowed that even if she had to sacrifice her life or sever ties, she would take him away. She stammered, shaking him continuously to keep him awake. "Hạ Vũ, I'm here, I'll save you. Stop, please stop! Call for an ambulance quickly." Blood had soaked through her pristine white dress from their date. His expression showed nothing but coldness and disdainful laughter. "Cố An Mạt, were you deceived by him?" She used her hand to stop the blood flow, but each drop continued to flow through her slender fingers. She was terrified, in pain! The fear enveloped her like a dark shadow, as if she could collapse at any moment. She screamed. "Now is not the time to talk; call for help quickly." He forcibly lifted her up, preventing her from touching the wheezing person. "What do you know? He's just using you! You're so naive, do you know why he approached you?" He stuffed his hand into his pocket, clenching it to suppress the anger and helplessness within him, looking up at the sky to hide his tear-stained eyes. She looked horrified into his eyes, unable to understand, unable to comprehend why that look was filled with such sorrow and resentment. What had she done wrong to him? He wiped his forehead and ordered someone to call for help before it was too late. His voice had become more soothing, as if giving advice. "Don't be deceived by him, okay?" Her shoulders trembled with anger, glaring at him. "How could you be so despicable, Diệp Minh? Besides killing, do you know anything else? You only do this to satisfy your own ego, but I truly love him. Finding him wasn't easy; do you think I would be deceived by you? You're not worthy of being an older brother. This is my personal matter; I never need your interference!" Diệp Minh said nothing more, unexpectedly dragging her and pushing her small body against the wall, making her back cold as if touching ice. "He's not! He definitely isn't! He will hurt you." He said angrily, but she didn't give in, her fingernails digging into the skin of his hand until it bled. "Why not? I'm the one who went to find him; I'm the one who told him to come back! On what grounds do you say that? The one who hurt me the most is you, Cố Diệp Minh." He was shocked and couldn't contain his bitter regret, almost forgetting who he was. "It can't be him. Because of that person." "Cough, cough." She heard a cough and turned her head, no longer hearing the last few words. "Get out! I don't want to hear anymore." A weak cough caught her attention more than anything at that moment; Hạ Vũ vomited a lot of blood, his eyes dull as they looked towards her. She rushed to him again. "Everything's okay now, don't worry! I'm here! Hạ Vũ, please don't die." Help was on the way, help was on the way! That sentence echoed in her mind every minute. Her legs were trembling with fatigue and pain, sweat dripping down her forehead enough to make her shiver. She had to quickly sit down and cradle his head in her lap, smiling through tears, pleading earnestly. "Forgive him!" He replied coldly. Her current appearance was indeed very much like his at that time, his heart felt like it was tied up, even breathing was difficult. "Hạ Vũ, remember this day well and never hurt my little sister again. Because even if I die, I won't forgive you." Cố Diệp Minh's eyes seemed to veil a layer of mist, then turned away arrogantly and left, his tall figure containing so much disappointment. Before leaving, he threw out a sentence. "An Mạt, then I wish you keep the one you think is right." "Because maybe you'll never remember in this life."
