Chapter 2 : Get in Trouble

The man was confused when he saw Adeline's odd reaction, "Am I not supposed to be here?" the man asked Adeline.

"You shouldn't be here. Are you the guest in the Moon Blast pack?” Since the man did not know the rules that had been set by Alpha, Adeline could only assume that the man was an outsider.

The man scratched the back of his head awkwardly, then tried to introduce himself first, "I'm sorry I haven't introduced myself, I'm Issac Pierre who joined Alpha Steven's escort from the Blood Moon pack," said the man smiling kindly at Adeline.

Adeline, who had been treated coldly by all members of her pack, immediately fell silent when she received such a warm treatment from the handsome man who introduced himself as Issac.

“Mister Pierre, you shouldn't be in this garden. You better leave quickly, before anyone finds you here," Adeline said full of nervousness, she didn't even dare to look at Issac.

"I see, can you show me the way out, Miss?" With a sweet smile Issac asked Adeline to help him.

Adeline, who was worried, looked around and was quite relieved when she saw no one around the garden. The girl didn't even notice Isaac intention to asked her to help him out of the garden.

“I will help you. Come on, hurry up!" Adeline walked in front of Isaac, leading the way out of the forbidden garden.

Adeline chose to exit from the back door of the garden which led them to the pack's border with the forest. After successfully exiting the garde, Adeline looked around again to see the situation.

“Thank God, no one saw us out from the garden," Adeline said with relief. Then she remembered the task of bringing the rose petals for Caroline's bath.

“I'm sorry, but I can only help you get here, sir. There's something I have to do." Adeline glanced at Isaac and hurriedly left the handsome man.

“Wait a minute! May I know your name..."

Issac's voice hung in the air as Adeline's figure quickly disappeared, and he failed to figure out the name of the woman who attracted him in the first sight.

"It's a shame I can't know the name of that sweet girl," Issac muttered, still looking in the direction where Adeline had disappeared.

Issac held his heart which was beating rapidly, "It seems that I have found the person I was looking for."

Adeline ran as hard as she could to Caroline's room which was on the second floor of her pack house. Luckily when Adeline arrived at Caroline's room, the girl wasn't there.

Quickly, Adeline entered the bathroom and spread the red rose petals she had brought over the water she had prepared beforehand.

Adeline also checked Caroline's perfume and any other stuff, she didn't want to make any mistake again against the ravings of crazy girls like Caroline. When she sure that all is ready, Adeline immediately fled from the room which she thought was scary.

Unfortunately, when Adeline was about to leave Caroline's room, she met the owner of the room. Caroline, who was with her friends, ignored Adeline and didn't mind her whereabouts.

Taking advantage of the situation, Adeline immediately left without saying anything to Caroline. As Adeline passed Caroline's group, with her super intense sense of hearing, Adeline heard something interesting.

"I can't wait for tonight, you know the guest who will come is the new Alpha from the Blood Moon pack." Adeline heard Caroline chatter enthusiastically with her friends.

"Is that true? From what I heard, the new Alpha is very handsome and also so strong," answered Abby, one of Caroline's friends, eager to talk about the guests who would come to their pack.

"Hey, that's not all. I heard that the guard that Alpha brought was no less handsome and he was very mysterious," said Jessica, who was also part of Caroline's group of friends, heating up the atmosphere.

When Adeline heard Jessica's words, she remembered the handsome man she had met in the garden earlier. Issac, yes that man, for some reason Adeline keeps thinking about that man.

"Will that man be able to return to the pack safely?" Adeline thought, worried that the man would get lost when he returned from the garden.

Adeline shook her head, "I shouldn't think about that man, my fate is at risk too right now!" Adeline muttered remembering that she had violated Alpha's orders, she could only pray that no one saw her enter the garden this afternoon.

Adeline also left from there to continue her other work that was waiting to be completed.

The night has come, the long-awaited party will finally start soon. This is Adeline's time to go away and not interfere in the affairs of her pack members.

Her job was to get out of the way and go as far away as possible so that no one would see her presence. Adeline is only needed when the party is over, she has to clean up all the mess caused by the party along with the other omegas.

And here is Adeline now, sitting by the lake which is not far from the pack's house. From across the lake, Adeline could see the excitement of the party had already begun.

“Would it be nice to be able to party with the others like they all did?” Adeline muttered with a gaze that shone her desire to join the party.

“You won't like it,” replied Lime, her wolf coldly.

“Even so, still...”

Adeline could only sigh harshly, looking back at the lively pack house.

At midnight, Adeline was still sitting by the lake waiting for the whole party to be over and doing her job to clean up all the mess there.

Then, while Adeline was waiting for the party to end, she suddenly heard Alpha Anthony calling her with mind-link. Adeline's body twitched when she heard that piercing cold voice enter her ears.

Without daring to make Anthony wait, Adeline immediately got up from her position and quickly went to meet Anthony who was looking for her.

For some reason, currently Adeline has a bad feeling when Anthony calls her this time. She could only hope that Anthony didn't know that she had entered the forbidden garden.

Adeline immediately faced Anthony when she saw the figure of the man near the place where the party was being held, namely in the backyard of the pack's house.

“Why did you call me, Alpha?” asked Adeline facing Anthony, lowering her head in fear.

Without any warning, Anthony did not hesitate to throw a slap towards Adeline's cheek. There was a loud sound from the slap, even Adeline fell down because of Anthony's slap.

Since the party was over, there were only a few people in the backyard, they could only stare in horror and pity at Adeline who received the slap, it must be painful to receive such a hard slap.

Adeline couldn't help but held her cry when the pain ran down her cheek again. Adeline immediately stood back up and directly faced Anthony again.

“You know you deserved that slap right? Why do you dare disobey my orders?!” Anthony's voice boomed across the yard, making anyone tremble in fear.

When Anthony was about to throw another slap at Adeline, a strong hand stopped Anthony's action.
