Chapter 8: Day 1 HANNA Right after lunch, I went upstairs to see if Henry is feeling better. On the way, I felt that tightness in my chest again. I placed one hand on my chest and used the other to steady myself on the stairs as I felt dizzy. I quickly recovered because I didn't have time for this. At Henry's bedroom door, I opened it and felt something fall on my head—a white powder, flour, just what I was missing. But to my surprise, while I was trying to get the flour out of my eyes, I felt something wet on me. When I looked, Henry was throwing water balloons at me, one after the other, bombarding me. Henry: You won't last long here. -He says, throwing another balloon at me. Hanna: You're not having a stomach ache at all, are you, boy? Why did you do this to me? Henry: You're pretty slow, -he laughs,- but I have to admit, if my dad weren't home, I would have taken advantage and did this at the table, but I was afraid he'd get mad at me. -He smiled mischievously.- I knew you'd come here, so I set it up right here, and you fell for it perfectly. Hanna: You're pretty clever, but now I'll have to talk to your dad. What do you think he'll say? Or better yet, what do you think he'll do? -She said as if she really intended to tell the boss. Henry: You're not hired yet, and your job depends on me, so I don't think you'll say anything. If you do, and he sees this, he'll think you're not fit to be my nanny, that you can't handle a defenseless little boy like me. -He puts on an innocently mocking face. He put on an innocently mocking face and I swallowed hard. Hanna: -swallows hard- You can't do this, it's wrong. Henry: I don't care if it's wrong or not. I do what I want. You're the maid, and I'm the boss's son. I do whatever I want here. What Hanna and Henry didn't know was that Gabriel was behind the door, listening to everything. He didn't know whether to be angry or to laugh at his son's prank. He knew that at any moment, Henry would act up. He even thought it took a while for the little one to start plotting against the nanny, but on the other hand, he was angry about the boy "blackmailing" the girl and being arrogant. That wasn't the upbringing he had given. He knew his son was suffering from his mother's absence, but that was no excuse to blackmail anyone. Before entering the room, he took a deep breath and calmed down, knowing that Henry was like this because he had always done everything for his son. Gabriel: Well, son, you lied to your father? What happens when you lie or disobey me? Henry: I get punished? -He asks fearfully. Gabriel: Exactly, hand over your cell phone and your notebook. Gabriel entered the room to get them and slipped, falling on his butt in his son's mess. Hanna: -shocked- Are you okay, sir? Can I help? Gabriel: -furious- No, thank you. My son, yes, you will clean all this up now, and you're grounded for a week without a cell phone, video games, and your notebook will only be used for studying with Miss Hanna's help. Henry: But dad.... -lowering his head, defeated.- Gabriel: That's enough, do you hear me? I came home to spend more time with you, and yet you lie just to play tricks on Miss Hanna, who's only doing her job. And let me remind you, young man, I didn't raise you like this. You're acting like you can do whatever you want, but that's not how it works. You're no better than anyone here, and you shouldn't be blackmailing anyone. So, to teach you a lesson, you'll be without these things, since I know they're your favorites. Henry: Dad… -throws a tantrum, rolling around on the floor - Gabriel: And if you keep throwing a tantrum, I'll extend your punishment to a month. Come on, get moving. I want this room cleaned right away. Henry got up from the floor, grabbed the things his father asked for, and then marched sulkily to the kitchen, asking Lucia for help to clean his room. Gabriel: Miss, I'm sorry. This won't happen again. You can go take your shower and then meet me in my office so we can talk more. I'll do the same. - raising his arm to show his state - Hanna: Thank you, sir, and I'm sorry for any trouble. Excuse me. - she quickly leaves before Gabriel can say anything else, and she can't hold back the tears that insist on falling - Gabriel took the notebook, unplugged the video game, and left it there. He took the cell phone to his room to shower, as he got covered in flour when he fell. HANNA I went to my room, took off my dirty clothes, threw them in the corner, and stepped into the shower. As the water falls on my body, I started to cry. I know it's not my fault, but I'm certain I'll be fired. Henry is right. I'm not officially hired yet, and today's prank just shows how incapable I am of paying attention to the smallest details. What if Henry got hurt while I was responsible for him? Oh my God, I don't even want to think about it. I'm really not fit to take care of even a child. I finished my shower and put on my clothes, not even knowing where Lucia put my other uniform. I was so nervous about the first day, and after everything that happened, I forgot everything Lucia told me. After my shower, I quickly checked my phone, and my world stopped when I saw missed calls from the hospital. That feeling, that tightness in my chest, returns along with more tears. If I lose this job, how will my mother be? How will I pay for the hospital, her medications, not to mention the household bills? May God help me. Before going downstairs, I sat on the floor, hugging my knees, and cried. I didn't have time to make calls, so I quickly sent a message to Laura, Mrs. Sueli's daughter, asking her or her mother to go to the hospital to find out what's happening. I covered my tear-stained face with light makeup, praying to God that Mr. Gabriel won't fire me, and returned to the living room as he requested. GABRIEL I didn't want to be rude or harsh with Hanna, but falling in front of her because of Henry's prank was the last thing I needed. I don't know why, but she stirs something deep inside me, and it bothers me because I hate losing control of anything. I entered my bathroom, stripping off my dirty clothes, and let the warm water cascade over me, relaxing my nerves. However, my arousal remains, ever since I saw those eyes, those frightened eyes looking at me, and that mouth. God, I started to imagine those lips around my member, sucking it. Gabriel: Damn! -he groans as he grips his member tightly, beginning to jerk off. Images of the nanny on all fours or riding me urgently and forcefully flood my mind. I sped up my hand movements and squeezed the tip of my shaft. The pain felt good and delayed my climax. I craved more of this feeling. Now I saw her beneath me as I thrust into her, and she claws at my back while I pound into her. She moans loudly, and I increase the thrusts of my hand, and soon I'm panting, on the brink of climax. It didn't take long, and I came uncontrollably, bracing myself against the cold wall to catch my breath. Gabriel: s**t! This can't be happening, I must be losing my mind. I toweled off, got dressed, and headed to the office. I need to be alone and work to stop thinking about this. But as I started to descend the stairs, I saw her looking stunning with her hair still damp, in a floral knee-length dress, looking all scared. I felt my c**k stirring again and an overwhelming urge to pull her into my arms. HENRY Because of this nanny, my dad put me in time-out, but this won't stay like this, she'll see. I finished cleaning everything, and Lulu told me not to do it again, or dad will get even angrier with me. But I won't let any other woman stay here, only Lulu, because she's like my little grandma. After taking a bath, I stayed here with nothing to do, waiting for the nanny to help me with my homework, as per my dad's orders. But while she's not here, I start thinking of other things to do to her. I won't give her peace until she asks to leave or dad decides to fire her. If my dad thinks I didn't see how he looks at her, he's mistaken. She also looked at my dad, but she'll never take my mommy's place. HANNA I was in the living room, anxiously waiting for Mr. Gabriel, praying mentally not to be fired, nervously fidgeting with my fingers when I heard a voice calling my name. I was sure it was him, but I never imagined my heart would almost leap out of my chest, and my stomach would fill with butterflies. My whole body went into combustion. I took a deep breath to try to control myself. I couldn't understand how I could feel so attracted to him; it was inadmissible and unreal. He's my boss, and I'm just a poor nanny for his son. Well, I hope to be, but after today... Gabriel: Miss Hanna, didn't you hear me? Hanna: -I turned to him.- Yes, I'm sorry, it's just that I'm a bit nervous, sir. – I said quickly.– Gabriel: – he approaches me enough for me to feel his breath on my face – Do I make you nervous, miss? -he smiles, that smile that could soak any woman's panties – Hanna: -nervous and stuttering- W-Well, I mean, it's the situation, sir. Gabriel raised an eyebrow and seemed disappointed. Gabriel: – raises an eyebrow and seems disappointed – I see, just that? Well, if that's the case, let's go to my office, miss. -he placed his hand on my waist, I felt an electric wave pass through my entire body. I allow myself to be guided by him, a bit shaky – No need to tremble, miss, I don't bite unless you ask me to, then I'll bite with the greatest pleasure.- I blinked incredulously a few times, did he really say that, or am I imagining things? – We entered the room and he closed the door and indicated the chair for me to sit. Hanna: Sir, I know this might not help at all, but I want to apologize for today, for what happened in your son's room. Gabriel: Stay calm, miss, you don't have to apologize for anything. I know my son, I know how mischievous and even mean he can be. I overheard your whole conversation, you're not to blame at all. Hanna: So you're not going to fire me? – I lowered my head, feeling shy – Gabriel: No, I won't fire you. I'm the one who should apologize for the things my son said and did to you, and I want to ask that if he does anything like that again, don't hesitate to tell me or Lucia. She's the only one who can control him besides me. For him, Lucia is like a grandmother. You can be stricter with him, don't worry. Be firm, or he'll take advantage of you. Hanna: Okay, as you wish. Gabriel: By the way, call me Gabriel. We'll be seeing each other every day here, so there's no need for all this formality. Can I call you Hanna? Hanna: Of course, sir... I mean, Gabriel, you can call me whatever you want. – I smile shyly at him.– Gabriel: Oh, one more thing, I expect you to always wear your uniform unless it's an event I'll notify you about in advance and provide for. Hanna: Yes, of course, I'll change into it right away and wash the other one. Gabriel: Do you only have two uniforms? Hanna: Actually, Lucia will accompany me tomorrow to get mine made. She lent me two: the one I was wearing and a winter one until mine is ready. Gabriel: Great, no need to wear the winter one, it's hot. You can stay in this outfit for today and wear your own clothes as long as they're appropriate until your uniform is ready. Tomorrow, as soon as you drop Henry off at school, please get your uniform and have several spares ready in case of accidents. Hanna: Sure, tomorrow without fail. Gabriel: Let me make it clear, Hanna, that I like things done my way. I don't like to be contradicted and much less delays or absences from work without extreme necessity. I expect everyone to know their place here, so everything has its proper place and time to be fulfilled. Henry has a whole schedule that Lucia should pass on to you, and I expect it to be followed to the letter. If he plays tricks again, I want to be informed, as I told you. Is that clear? Hanna: Yes, sir.– nervous – I mean, yes, Gabriel, we are clear. Gabriel: Great, you can go to the kitchen to see if Lycia needs anything, then help Henry with his schoolwork. I just nodded without saying anything, quickly leaving for the kitchen. I got a glass of water and drank it, still trembling with relief at not being fired. Lucia was pleased I wasn't fired and said she was relieved. She hinted that Mr. Gabriel might be too. I didn't understand but preferred not to question her, since I had to go upstairs to help the little rascal with his homework.
