The story of us

Ever since The Moon Goddess blessed lycans with the ability to transform into a half-human-half-wolf beast that could walk on two feet they were the ones to rain the kingdom of ware-creatures. To top that, the royal family also had each a difrent ability: some could heal others, some had amazing speed and some were able to hear everyone else's thoughts. This abilities were always helpful in ruling but they were also helpful when there was a war. The other Were species always tried to get the power for themselves. The last time when this happened the battle was so big they called it the great battle. It all started with a union between some Warewolf packs, Warefoxes and Warebears. Because the foxes were cunning creatures they came up with a simple plan to make sure the king is weak when they attacked. King Marksus was fortunate enough to find his true mate and he was the happiest man alive living with his beautiful Luna Lara. When she told him she was pregnant he gave a huge party in her and their new baby's honor. No creature in the whole kingdom was oblivious of the great happiness the Royal family felt. Of course that included their enemies who kidnaped the Queen knowing this will weaken the king. So ofcourse some of the great warriors of the kingdom were on the road searching for her when the alliance against the king attacked the castle and this alone made them almost win. Almost. The great battle lasted for two days and at de end of it there were great loses among both parties, but the king won. That which his enemies thought will make him weaker it was what made him stronger. He drew his force from his sorow and killed most of the enemy's army. Winning didn't make him happy though. He was never able to see his Queen again and sometimes he almost wished he was dead too. After the war the King made sure to interrogate every last one of the people that worked in the castle and thanks to his special ability that let him know when people were lying he found all the traitors among his staff and made sure to punish them all. This gave him no joy whatsoever and he spent the rest of his life mourning his Queen and unborn child. He was still fair, but lost all his joy of life, and was now known as The ruthless King, never having mercy for his enemies. ... A few days after the war, in a pack far way from the King and his castle a woman arrived with a baby girl. She arrived at down and after asking around she found the nursery of this pack. There she stoped the first young nurse who passed on the hallway and gave her the baby. "I'm sorry" she said to the nurse "I'm just a poor omega, I don't have the means so raise this child and her father is not around, I must leave her to you. Just tell her I loved her so much." With tears in her eyes she left on the baby's chest a small golden necklace that had a crescent moon made from a sapphire stone and left. Before she closed the door behind her though she turned one more time to face the nurse who was left speechless and said: "Her name is Zavia." And she was gone. Fortunately the pack had a small orphanage where Zavia grew up with ather kids. She had a fine childhood. Not the happiest but she wasn't a sat child either. She was always friendly so she got along with most of the other kids from the orphanage and even experienced something resembling the love of a parent from the principal of the orphanage, Miss Arya Simpson. Miss Arya always took care of Zavia because she was such a kind kid and she loved that kindness. By the time Zavia was 16, Miss Arya made sure she will work in the pack house and even earn some money. All Omegas were low rank workers in the pack, some cleaned, some cooked and some worked in the sores of the packs or the bakery. Zavia was a cleaning girl. The list of her duties included dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms. Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths. Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors. Washing and drying dishes and putting them away, and so on. She worked 6 days a week after school and earned enough so she could buy some clothes from the second-hand store in the town that was close to the pack. Growing up Zavia got close to one girl from the pack, her name was Bridget. She was the total opposite of Zavia, where Zavia had black hair and black eyes her friend was blonde with blue eyes. Where Zavia was shy and liked small groups her friend loved to be the center of attention. But the thing that they both had in common was the loss of their parents and this made them grow close to eachother. They spent much of their free time together as kids and after their wolfs showed up when they were 13 years old they went running together and even trained together. Omegas weren't warriors as they were considered to be the weakest of the wolfs so they weren't allowed to train with the rest of the pack. However the girls being orphans decided to train so they will never be helpless. This idea came from Bridget and her wolf Donna who's parents died in the great war, but Zavia and her wolf Elaine were both happy to train. This was what brought the two girls together, and it was a bond they believed will last a lifetime. Bridget also worked in the pack house together with Zavia, this is where both of the girls met Zack, the Alpha's only son and the future Alpha. He didn't go to school with the girls, as a future Alpha he went to boarding school where he was thought how to be a true lider. So his was around only in the summers and on holidays. Zack was 2 years older than the girls so by the time they were 16 he had finished his studies and was now helping his father and learning first hand how to run a pack. He was always polite with all the omegas and one day when some kids decided to pick on Zavia for not having new clothes he even defended her. Thats when Zavia started falling in love with him. She cherished every smile he gave her from that moment on and always made sure his office was clean and he had fresh coffee on his desk every morning. In return he made sure no one picked on Zavia anymore and he even made a point to talk with both girls every time there was a party so people knew he approved of them.
