Chapter Twenty-ThreeSahara was helping one of the remaining children with their suitcase when she sensed something wasn't right. She stopped and looked around them. The family had been in one of the cabins closest to the wards, and therefore closest to the wildlife around the camp. She turned her head slowly, lifting her nose to the air. Bryan stopped beside her, his hand warm on her shoulder. “Everything alright?” Sahara met his eyes and pressed the feeling, and its likely cause, across to him. “Get them out of here.” She was already starting to shift, pulling at the restraint of her clothing.
