Beads of sweat rolled down Dean’s shirtless back. His eyes narrowed to a slit. The blue orbs watched the man in front of them, with a fierce intensity. Dean rolled his shoulders like a panther getting ready to launch an attack anytime on its prey. The man on whom his eyes were locked onto, was barely standing. A look of disgust flashed across Dean’s face. A tensed jaw made him look formidably menacing. “She’s….g…gone…isn’t she?” Silvio chuckled. The right fist clenched. Dean’s face was expressionless. “I was there….at the carpark. I fired that first shot! Almost got her!” The little chuckle came again.
