“Mummy, where is daddy?” four year old Ethan is pulling at Gabriella’s sleeves, distracting her from the book she is reading.
She lifts him up and drops him on her laps, then uses her palms to wipe the little tears from his eyelids. Ethan is too attached to his father, and Gabriella often gets jealous of that. He had not been able to go back to sleep since he woke up and realized his father was gone, and Gabriella needed him to sleep because he had little or no sleep the previous night but Ethan was proving stubborn.
“Daddy would soon be back honey,” She tells him, trying to rock him back to sleep “Why don’t you go back to sleep now,”
