The doctor came in to check on me one more time. Finally, they wheeled me back to bring our newest members of the pack into the world. One by one they handed the little blue bundles to Luca. Luca smiled down at me as he showed me each one.
"This one here is Aiden." He said proudly as he held up the first little boy before placing him in his little bassinet.
"This one will be Jayden. Finally, this one is Braiden," he said with pride. While doctors still worked on me I looked over at my three precious little boys. Jayden reached his little hand out almost reaching for me. I smiled at my mate and my sons. I felt weak and was in need of some rest. The doctor put something in my IV. I looked at him questioningly.
"Pain meds and it will help you sleep." Even as he said it I was dozing off.
