Alpha's Rare Mate

I stand there staring at Tyler or whatever he turned into. How was this happening? This is all impossible. Wolves didn't exist.

I watched him rip the enemy to shreds. My body froze. I couldn't move. I just stared. My leg started to sting and I now knew why. When Tyler phased, he scratched me.

Tyler turned back to his human form and started walking towards me. "Stay...stay away from me." I said, backing away. He walked closer.

"Please. Ella. Let me explain."

"No. Just stay away from me." My legs took me away. I ran through the forest dodging trees like a vampire. I was fast but I didn't know how. I've never been this fast before. Was it the adrenaline or had he done something to me?

I ran until I got to the other side of the town. I tried to catch my breath but for some reason, there was nothing to catch. It's like I didn't run at all. Something's happening to me but what?
