The throbbing bass pulsated through my body as we entered The Glint, its dim interior lit only by strobing neon lights. Rowan's hand felt electric in mine, her eyes glittering with anticipation. It had been ages since we went out, just for the sake of having fun. Tyrone and Anne were here too. How fitting. "Dance with me," I murmured, pulling Rowan close as we moved onto the crowded dancefloor. Our bodies swayed and dipped together, following the driving rhythm. The heat of so many writhing forms pressed tight around us as we lost ourselves to the music. Rowan's hips rolled sensuously against mine, her curves melding into me. My hands roamed her back, relishing the feel of her soft skin as strands of her hair clung damply to her neck. She tipped her head back, eyes closed, a small smile
