With his back to him, Sam was finally able to release his repressed frustrations. He muttered and cursed under his breath as he guided the ball towards himself with the racket in hand. Sam hated tennis, he'd hated it all his life and alongside it, golf too. The games weren't awful per say. But something about constantly playing them with his parents made Sam dislike them. His father had this condescending way of putting him down at any given chance. Playing with him or against him always felt like participating in an international finals game.
