I REJECT MY MATE.

I don't want any mates. I don't want a Luna to rule my pack. Mates are a waste of time. I don't believe in mate bonds. How can a mate support another mate to build and rule a strong and powerful pack? Besides, I don't believe in love and marriage relationships because they make a person weak. Love makes a person weak. I don't want to be a weak Alpha King to rule the pack. I want to be a strong and powerful Alpha King to rule the pack. So, I believe in myself, so I can handle everything by myself without a mate beside me. So I made a decision that I would reject my mate when I met her. Most of the time, I hope that I don't want to meet my mate very soon. But I know that one day I will have to face her.

On the other hand, my wolf, Ezra, is totally different from me. He always tells me and nagges about the mate and mate bond that is given by the moon goddess. "Leo, don't be so stupid. We have to accept our mate and love our mate with our whole heart," he said. "Here we are going again about mate. Ezra, please don't be stupid. Mates are not really best for our lives. It's always a waste of time. Mates always make us weak." I explained.

"Mark my words, Leonardo Marceliono, one day we are going to meet our mate and that day we can't avoid our mate and the mate bond that the Moon Goddess gifted us." Ezra challenged. "Ohw my dear wolfie, I challenged that when we meet our mate, I will reject her without think twice. Mark my word Ezra." I fired back. "We will see, bro, who is going to win. You will become weak and mostly you'll lose this egoistic behaviour." He fired back. I growled at him and blocked him.In this matter, he wouldn't understand me.

~Before the party~

"Alpha, the party is going to start at 7.00 pm." My Beta Riccardo informed me as he entered my cabin. "Alright Ric, I will be there on time. When I arrived there, I didn't want to see any kind of mistakes. I want everything perfect at the party. All the Alphas and Betas from other packs must be stunned about the party preparation. I didn't want to hear any bad comments about the party from others," I said. I have to get ready before the party starts. I must look perfect in front of all the alphas and betas. So, I design my own suits for this party. This party is very important to me, so I must look good and perfect in front of others. Besides, as an Alpha king of the world, every year I have to organize this party for other packs of Alphas and betas. It is because, at this party, I can make sure all the Alpha and Beta from other packs must follow my rules to rule their packs very well. Furthermore, I can also find problems that are faced by other packs. As an Alpha King of the world, I have to make sure everything is perfect around the world.

After I get ready for the party, I make my way to the car. When I reached my parking garage, I saw my driver standing near my silver Lamborghini. "Max, I'll drive myself. You just follow me with others," I said. He bowed his head and moved to another car. On the way to the party, suddenly I felt like something was going to happen at the party. I don't want anything bad to happen today at the party. I just want the party held smoothly without any interruption. "Don't think anything. Everything is going to be fine. Just show yourself proud at the party." I said to myself. When I got near the party hall, my wolf suddenly said something that made me stop the car in the middle of the road. "What did you say, Ezra? Repeat that. I didn't hear that clearly." I asked him. He repeated the word which I hated the most. "Leonardo Marceliono, I said our mate is here. I feel the mate bond." Eza repeated.

"How can you say that? Why did you feel the mate bond? You know that I don't like MATES. You stupid wolf." I growled at him. He growled back at me in return. " You stupid human. How can I ignore the mate bond? I'm the first one to feel the mate bond. When I say, I feel the mate bond, that means our mate is here. We are going to meet her soon. We cannot ignore her permanently. We have to face her one day. So I think the day is today. We are going to meet her today," Ezra said. "Ezra, stop playing with me. I'm not interested in playing with you now. I have more important things to do than playing with you." I said and blocked our confession without hearing Ezra's reply. I cannot handle my wolf when he talks about mates. He is always being too serious when he talks about mates. I don't know when he is going to realize that mates are not important to our lives. I will handle my wolf after the party. Now I have to focus on the party. I started my journey to the party hall.

I reached the party hall on time. Before entering the party hall, I called my Beta Riccardo to inform him about my arrival and make sure everything was prepared well. After that, my guards opened the door for me. When I entered the hall, I heard applause around the hall. Everyone in the hall seemed so surprised when they saw me. They haven't seen me in a long time. I know my aura and my entire personality make everyone scared. I had built myself so strong, both physically and mentally. I feel so proud of myself. This is the power I have that makes everyone respect me.

Suddenly, my wolf urged me to communicate with him. I sighed and unblocked the wall of our communication. "MATE! MATE! MATE" he yelled like a mad wolf. "EZRA! STOP IT!" I yelled back. " Leo, just focus on the special scent around us." when he said that, without thinking anything, I sniffed the air and I stopped walking when I sniffed the special scent again. I sniffed the scent again and again. I automatically follow the scent without thinking about my surroundings. I don't know why my body and my mind like the scent very much. Everyone around me is confused when I start walking in the other direction. I don't mind anything or anyone. All my senses are only focusing all on the scent. The scent is like rose and strawberry. I love the scent very much. I'm nearing the scent. Where does it come from? I want see it. I want to feel it. I want to touch it.

Finally, I reached the scent. The scent comes from a person. The person is facing the other side, so I can't see the face of the person. My wolf was so excited and started screaming. "Leonardo Marceliono this is our soul mate. Finally, we found her. The Moon God gifted her to us. We are so lucky now. I'm so happy. I can't wait to make her mine forever...." he blabbed like a child. I ignored everything that my wolf said. I just stood there and eagerly waiting for the person to turn around. I want see her face. I can feel the mate bond. The mate bond feels tempting, heavenly and saintly. I cannot describe what is happening to me now. I couldn't move from the place until I saw her face.

When she turned around to see me, I stood like stone. No words come from me when I see her face. She looked divine, beautiful, angelic and so on. She is so pure. Her face can describe how innocent she is. I stared at her without blinking my eyes. Like a shameless man, my eyes roamed her from head to toe. Her body is slim and slender. They are very fit and strong, and have firm muscles. Her whole personality makes me crazy. Her eyes widen when she sees me. She smiles shyly when I look into her eyes. She is so nervous. Suddenly, I came from my dreamland when I heard my wolf comment. "Leo accept her please! She is our mate. We can't live our life without her. She is our strength. We will become stronger when we have our mates beside us," he said softly. And that is the time I realize what I'm doing. "Stupid! Stupid! I cannot be like this. I cannot be a weak Alpha King. Oh My God. I almost lost myself in hell. Thank God!" I blabbed. "Leo, what are you speaking? You cannot think like that. She is our half. She is our soul mate. Just now, didn't you feel the mate bond and the scent? " Ezra said. "Yes, I feel the mate bond and the scent. It is because of you. You manipulate me. You are the main reason I almost felt in this trap. Luckily, I got my senses back. Now I know what is the best solution to solve this problem." I said and smirked at my wolf.

"REJECTION!" I said to my wolf. His eyes widened when he heard, "YOU CANNOT DO THAT, LEONARDO MARCELIONO. WE WILL BE WEAK AND MOSTLY YOU WILL LOSS ME," he screamed. "Please Ezra, you are overthinking. That won't happen. We are stronger than anyone. We're Alpha King." I said to him and blocked him without hearing his reply.

Now the show begining. I don't care about my surroundings. I want to end this stupid mate bond. I stared at her in disgust. I saw her expression change into confusion because of my disgusting stare. "Tell me your name, title of your position and your pack name." I asked her sternly. She looked at me in confusion but replied to me eventually. "My name is Balbina Alanzo, the Alpha Queen of the White Claw Pack." she said. Her voice is so sweet. But I ignore the feeling and focus back on her. I know what I am doing is the right thing and the best decision for my life. So I said the word without thinking twice.

"I am Leonardo Marceliono, the Alpha King of the Blood Rose Pack, reject Balbina Alanzo, the Alpha Queen of the White Claw Pack, as my mate and Luna of my pack." I said that straightly looking at her eyes without blinking my eyes.

FINALLY! I REJECT MY MATE...
