"You're going to have to eat something at some point," I say as I watch Mia moving her food around with a fork, but never take a bite.
Her hazel eyes meet mine and are clouded with sadness and despair. "I'm just not that hungry right now."
I'll admit, it was an unexpected way for her first training session to end. Hailey hit the wall with such force that it knocked her unconscious. I had Alex take her down to the pack hospital to have her checked out, but I'm sure she would be fine.
My biggest concern right now was to figure out how to handle it. The last thing we want is to bring any more attention to Mia since the rogues are still lurking around. While today's session didn't go as planned, it showed us that Mia will definitely need time train with her newly acquired powers.
