Chapter 69- The Fight
Emma POV
“But why? Why did you leave me?” I hear Edward cry.
As I slowly move forward, I see that Edward is on his knees crying and sobbing. He really is selling the distraught mate story, even I am finding it hard not to cry and hug him at the moment.
“Damn, he is good.” I hear one of the warriors whispers near me as he heads off in the general direction of the pack.
I smile inwardly to myself; it is all going to plan. We look like everyone is heading home and Edward is distraught. Thankfully this is going to work, I hope.
