Prologue: Auroras Wait (A Sneak Peak)
Aurora walked down the aisle to her handsome husband. His younger brother walking down with her. Aurora was twenty- three, with medium length red hair and a splash of light brown freckles across her nose and shoulders. Her wedding dress was an A-Line strapless short light purple sun dress.
Her husband really wanted her to wear exactly this. She would do anything to see him smile. It melted her heart to see his slanted smirk, and his eyes light up. Aurora could not deny; she loves this man. She slowly approached the alter with Alyx still holding her elbow.
All of a sudden, Aurora felt a shearing sensation in her brain. She almost stumbled due to the pain she was feeling. Nonetheless, she tried to keep her head held high, she knew this could happen.
She mated with her fated mate while engaged to another. Guilt pulled at her heart. Her mate would feel everything. But she couldn't just call off the wedding. She had been in a bad place and made a mistake. Finally reaching the alter, after being handed from younger brother, to her soon to be husband, Aurora look out at the wedding scene.
Lilacs, hydrangeas, and peonies in the colors light purple, and dark maroon mixed in a rope cascade across the venue ceiling. Light grey satin ribbons fall from the ceiling. There's long dark brown wooden picnics tables. But not the trashy kind, they look elegant.
Everything about this wedding was elegant. To her liking. Aurora smiled to herself. Looking out at the crowd Aurora felt her heart shatter a little more.
Her silver eyes landed on her reasons for breathing; her babies. Her two year old son, and 7 month old daughter.
What was she going to do
