The front door opens and three laughing women enter. Serena calls out, “b***h, where are you? We're hungry.” All three laugh and have a great time until they see the two men. Nicholas's expression is grim and he asks, “Who do you mean by b***h?” Serena blushes and replies, “Oh, one of the servants here has taken a liking to you, but everyone knows you're going to marry me.” Nicholas: “I'm already married.” Serena waves her hand dismissively: “Once you've gotten rid of her.” Nicholas turns to Peter: “Please call all the servants and the butler together.” Peter stands up and takes care of it. Shortly thereafter, 20 servants stand in the hall and Nicholas looks at each one of them: “Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought that my wife was going through hell here and that some of you were actually letting my wife do your work. You are all, without exception,” he glances at the butler, “fired.” At his words, the servants turn red and white in turn.
“No summary and no final salary. If any of you want to go to court, go ahead. I have the surveillance videos. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!” Gera approaches Nicholas, “Son. She's just a gold digger.” Nicholas looks at her sharply: “I forced her into this marriage and she didn't want any money.”
He pauses: “I'm going to visit Grandfather.” With that, Peter and he leave the house. He turns to Peter: “Buy me a house in the city.” Peter asks, “Do you know where she is now?” Nicholas still feels the pain, dull and numb, and just shakes his head. “Peter, find out where she is now.”
With that, he enters the hospital and his grandfather's room. “Hey. How are you?” Shawn looks at his grandson and takes his hand: “Nicholas, is everything okay with you?” Nicholas sighs, “My wife left me.” Shawn looks horrified: “But why did she do that?” There is a knock and the doctor enters the room. He nods to both of them, then turns to Nicholas: “Mr. Anderson, could you please bring your wife in for an examination? She missed her last appointments.” Nicholas is puzzled: “Why does my wife need an examination?” The doctor stammers: "Well, it's confidential, but between spouses. She donated part of her liver and then discharged herself. And we're worried.“ The men stare at him: ”She did what?“ ”Well,“ the doctor pushes up his glasses, ”she saw how worried you were about your grandfather and so...“ Nicholas and his grandfather look at each other. Shawn smiles, ”You have to bring her here for the examination, and I have to thank that dear child." Nicholas turns to the doctor, then looks at his grandfather, and slowly, haltingly, the whole story comes out. To say that his grandfather was horrified is an understatement. Concerned, he says, “You have to find her. We have to make sure we make it up to her. Those three harpies!” Nicholas sighs, “I've put Peter on it. We'll find her soon.” Then he heads to the office and meets Peter: “Where is she?” Peter shakes his head. “I can't find any trace of her.”
Leila one year later
Leila feels the sun on her skin and smiles. She has just finished her training and is now free. Her family has been so caring since the incident – she considers herself lucky.
She opens her eyes just in time to see her best friend Mischa running towards her.
Smiling, she hugs her. Since her return, her friend has cheered her up, accompanied her to the doctor, and stayed by her side.
Now she beams at Leila: “Hello, you look good, bitch.” Leila smiles even wider: “We bitches just look good.” Mischa: “Come on, tonight is the big gala and we – along with Cole and my boyfriend – are going. Our clique knows about it and is on their way there too. So you can relax, we've got your back.” Leila and she walk toward the house together and see a lot of people coming and going. They giggle as they enter the living room. Konrad, her father, walks toward them, greets Mischa, and hugs his princess, who looks so much like his late wife. She is the only one who inherited her eyes, and his heart aches when he thinks of everything she has been through. “Princess, you should look like a queen today. Pick out a dress.” Leila hugs her dad: “Thanks, Dad.” Then she glances at the dresses and one immediately catches her eye. “The blue one. It's breathtaking.” She nods when she is shown the matching shoes and jewelry. Mischa is thrilled with another dress and they both rush upstairs to get ready. Leila showers and washes her hair, then has it styled. It is piled up into an intricate updo and secured with diamond clips. The diamonds sparkle like stars against her black hair. A few curls frame her delicate, narrow face.
Light makeup completes the look. Her eyes attract everyone's attention and lip gloss emphasizes her red mouth. Then she steps into the dress. It is high-necked and envelops her body like wrapping paper. The arms are transparent and cut so that the back of the sleeves reach almost to the floor. The dress itself is so deep blue that the diamonds on it symbolize the starry sky and are also arranged like zodiac signs.
At the hem, the dress is light and whitish like a cloud on which she seems to be standing. She puts on a diamond bracelet and then slips into high heels that are the same dark blue as the dress. Dark blue ribbons adorned with diamonds hold the heels at her ankles. As she descends the stairs, Konrad looks at her with pride swelling in his chest. His princess looks so beautiful. She is petite and her white, creamy skin is even more striking. Thanks to her training, her delicate and fragile-looking body is surrounded by a strong aura, and he nods: “You look stunning.” He takes her in his arms and whispers: “I'm so proud of you. You're learning to fight, you've built a business that can only be described as unique.” Leila smiles, hugs her father, and says, “Thanks, Dad. I'll never be that weak person again, and today my revenge begins.” Her father nods, “Please remember that in six months, the announcement that you are my heir must be made.” Leila pats him on the arm: “Dad, you have Cole for that.” Her father smiles and whispers: “I don't just know about your official company, I also know about the other two. Really, I'm very, very proud.” Leila blushes, Cole clears his throat and asks: “Shall we go, little sis?” Mischa grins: “Oh yes.”
