During my exchange with Damien and Birsha, I knew both the witches and the werewolves in the room were focused on what we were doing. It was a different sort of exchange, one they would not be used to witnessing. With werewolf mates, they would usually have to try to calm both of them down through intense physical touch. But I have one mate that requires that, and another that can calm down with a simple gesture, a longing glance of understanding.
“You are lucky I am here to quell their anger and their possessiveness. We are at war, Harry. My mates have no issue killing a werewolf, and they would make it a game and enjoy it. Being on this earth for thousands of years, they have had their fair share of killing. Think of all the ways that they know would kill you slowly.
