The past week has been by far the hardest of my life. I am stepping into my role as princess, dealing with the duties of a royal, while attending university, and having to watch my beloved mates go off to battle. They would never let me go with them, which hurt, but I understood. They wanted to protect me, they had a duty to protect me. Not only because I am their princess, but I am their mate. It didn’t stop me from wanting to protect them. As they would not allow me to help them, I did what I could to help them in other ways. I did their assignments for them. I figured I could help lighten their load somehow.
