Damien’s POV-
After searching the office, we burned the place to the ground using hellfire, before Scarlett opened a demon portal, and we all returned to the barracks. When we arrived at the barracks, Orion was pacing a hole in the floor, with Zarich watching him closely. Orion ran over to us with relief in his eyes, as soon as he spotted us. Scarlett closed the portal, and gathered the leaders, before teleporting us all to the throne room.
The moment we arrived, Scarlett collapsed into my arms. She didn’t pass out, but she was tired. She hasn’t been sleeping well the past week, and she used a lot of her power today. Birsha and I glanced at each other, as I bent down and lifted Scarlett into my arms. Birsha rushed to her chair at the table, and pulled it out. I placed her down on it.
