❤ Kara’s POV ❤
AFTER having lunch, Brian and I left the house after resting for a while. We plan to visit Carmela’s coffee shop and probably other places around town. Before leaving, my dad asked to talk to me.
Jon: “You should visit the mansion.”
Kara: “Uhm, why?”
Jon: “Leon is sick and not doing very well. He refused to stay in the hospital. He says he wants to be home when he passes.”
Kara: “Oh.”
I didn’t respond whether I was going to the mansion or not. I just smiled and got in the car. I was quiet until Bria asked, “Where are we heading?”
Kara: “Uhm, to Carmela’s coffee shop.”
Brian: “Are you okay?”
Kara: “Uhm, yeah.”
Brian: “What did your dad say?”
Kara: “Uhm, he said I should go to the mansion and visit Jared’s grandfather. He said he’s sick and not doing well.”
