CHAPTER 39 Sadie Devon and I are walking on the beach. It’s a beautiful Sunday and the weather’s getting warmer. Small groups of people are strewn across the sand. We’re huddled close together but to anyone who doesn’t know us, I assume we could just be two friends out on a late afternoon stroll. “So…” Devon starts. “You plan to come back to Clearwater Bay more?” I nod. “For many reasons.” “On a plane every weekend?
