Monika went dumbstruck when Anika started calling for his mate. She shook her head.
"No... We can't meet our mate" Her words shocked Anika.
"What do you mean?" Anika asked.
"I promised Gabriel we would never leave him. I can't go with my fated mate" Monika mumbled.
"I didn't make any promises. It was you, and I'm going to meet my mate," Anika hissed and started fighting with Monika to take control.
