While they were driving home, Alice was scared because of the warning Oliver gave her before he exited the hospital. It echoed in her mind and made her heart beat so fast. “Are you sure it's a good idea to stay at your residence?” Alice questioned Daniella, her lips trembling.
Daniella was busy driving and, as a result, was mute. But she viewed her friend's tensed facial muscles and parted lips from the wing mirror, and she knew that fear had evolved in her. “This monster has taken a total turn on my friend,” Daniella murmured.
“I have everything under control, Alice." Don't overstress yourself,” Daniella pleaded with her friend.
