Chapter three
Today I woke up with people arguing outside the room I heard the girl yelling with a man. I know that is never good. I ran and tried to open the windows so I could escape but they were locked tight. I was nervous and gasping for air. In my mind I am saying I cant go back to that monster. Then someone open the door, it was the girls brother. He told me to get dress and to let him know when I was ready. I opened the door he was standing there waiting.
We walked in silence and made it to a big room. There was this man waiting there, right next to him was the girl. She looked mad. So you are the alphas wife I hear. Do you have any idea why you are here?” He asked. I said no sir, with my eyes looking to the floor. We have been in war with the werewolf’s for decades and your husband took something from me and I want it back. I told him I don’t know anything about it that my husband doesn’t even talks to me, but he dint believe me. “We took you because we want to trade you for what he stole from us”. I said please sir don’t please just kill me I cant go back to that monster. He said I’m sorry but we have to make the trade, you may go now to your room. “Dad please she cant go back look at her”. “SILENCE”. He yelled at her. Jace ( the vampire guy) take her back I need to have a word with your sister Amelia. He took me back to my room and there was breakfast there waiting for me. I saw there was a knife for the butter so I grabbed it and cut my veins. All that I could hear in my head is I cant go back. I sat down on the floor waiting to die. I was happy it will all be over soon. But running came the vampire Jace, I guess he smelled the blood from outside. He grabbed me and rushed me to the doctor on our way there all I kept saying was I cant go back I cant go back.
I woke up a few days later on a bed with iv fluids going in my veins. Jace was standing there next to me guarding me. Amelia came in and said you have to stop trying to kill your self Blair. I told her I don’t have a reason or strength to be alive anymore. And that I rather be dead then back with that monster. She said I could relax for a little because my husband has not reply about the trade yet. I took a deep breath and fell asleep again.
I Heard this loud sounds far away I wanted to open my eyes but I was so tired. They kept getting louder and closer to me. When I woke up I was in the room again and the loud noises where outside and inside the manor. They were gun shots I herd screams saying werewolf’s. It can not be he is here, he found me. I cant even move I’m dragging my self out of bed on to the floor trying to hide in the bathroom but I am to weak. Then out of nowhere a werewolf broke in thru the window. I started screaming no, trying to make it to the bathroom he started changing in to a man. It was one of the ones that held my love down so the monster could kill him. I started crying and he walked towards me with a evil smile on his face. He grabbed me by my hair and started dragging me acrross the room towards the window. Out of no where Jace got to him and held him by the neck and punched him they started fighting each other but Jace was stronger then him much stronger. The werewolf got intimidated and the first chance it had jumped out the window and escaped when he got far away he howl calling the rest of them to retreat the fight.
Jace picked me up in his arms and asked me if I was okay. That’s the first time he talked to me. I said yes I am, thank you for saving me. He took me out of the room where Amelia and other vampires were. You could see blood everywhere some vampires and werewolf’s were dead. Amelia had blood all over her but there was no scratch on her. I don’t know much about this world but I believe they are really strong vampires for what I have seen.
Amelia told Jace that we needed to leave. There father came in and said lets meet at the castle. They said yes and ran, we got in a car and Jace was driving. Around us there were other vampires giving cover for them. It took about two hours to get there. The place looked like the castles you see in the movies, it was beautiful and heavily guarded by vampires. Jace got me out of the car he carried me in his arms and into the castle. Standing inside were other vampires and when they smelled me they got aggressive wanting a taste of my blood. But Jace and Amelia intimidated them. Jace told them if you value yore life you better take a step back before I ripped your throats and feed them to the werewolf’s. They all stepped back. We went in, up some stairs and down a hall. They took me to a room where there father was waiting for us. He doesn’t look really happy about what had happened at the manor. He then tells his kids we need to be on our guard for another attack they already lost a few vampires we cannot take a chance of the werewolf taking possession of me without a trade.
At this point I’m thinking what did the monster take from them that is so valuable for them to risk themselves in this way.
