Chapter 10

Allen's pov

I felt my body start to wake up, I was still in that state between asleep and awake. I like this sensation nothing hurts yet. I had been having the most amazing dream and I did not want to wake up. As I woke up more I realized that my head was on a strong chest and I could smell salted caramel. Someone kissed the end of my nose causing me to open my eyes I was met by the most gorgeous pair of green eyes.

"It's OK to wake up my love it wasn't a dream I'm here."

I snuggled into his chest, and he wrapped his arms around me. I breathed in his sent and I just cried. I couldn't stop the tears just kept coming. I wasn't a dream I was safe, my kids were safe. I barely knew him but I knew this man would do anything for us. I was his forever and he was mine. I finally got the tears under control.

" I'm sorry." I said while wiping my eyes.

"You don't have to be sorry, I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. You are strong and crazy brave. Attacked, paralyzed, turned into a wolf without you knowledge the doctor saying you wouldn't survive the change, in a coma for a month. Yet you wake up take the world in stride, worry for no one but your children, accept me as your mate without even the slightest hesitation, and you apologize for crying. I love you Allen." he said kissing my nose again.

I couldn't help but smile. I kissed him hard on the lips trying to put the rest of my emotions into that kiss, so he could understand I felt the same way. It had only been one day and maybe I was crazy, but it felt right for some unexplainable reason. I had learned a long time again to trust my gut and I just knew this was right.

I rolled on top of Arthur , feeling him get hard instantly. I gave him a mischievous smile and lowered myself down on his length. we showered and got ready for the day. Arthur had one more borrowed outfit for me. It was just jeans and a dark green t-shirt. once we were ready we headed down for breakfast. As we walked by the kids rooms I saw they had already headed down. When we arrived at the dining hall I saw the kids with their friends they waved to me and I waved back. Arthur took my hand, and led to to get some breakfast. I didn't know if I would ever get used to the tingles I felt when he touched me, but to be fair I wasn't sure I wanted to.

This mornings breakfast was waffles, bacon, eggs, and fruit. I loaded up my plate I can't remember the last time I was so hungry. I ate 3 plates of food before I finally felt better. Arthur looked down at me an smiled.

"I'm glad you like it" he smiled at me.

"It's so good, although maybe it's because I was so hungry."

"It's a wolf thing, for new wolves sometimes the high metabolism is hard to get used to."

"I can believe that, I don't think I used to ear that much in a week." I laughed.

"I know you just woke up and if you are tired we can pick another day, but I was thinking maybe you, me , and the children could go shopping today. Seeing as you guys have nothing of your own not even clothes."

"That sounds like an awesome idea, let's go see what the kids think." I said smiling.

We take our dishes and give them to the dish pit omegas, they all give me a odd but friendly look, but bow low to Arthur. We make our way over to the kids.

"hey guys, you seem to be fitting in."

"hey mom, yeah honestally I don't even miss home which is weird but I'm happy." said Damion.

"Arthur was just asking if you guys wanted to go shopping today, to get some clothes and things."

"Really can we?" they all looked up at Arthur.

"Of course go get ready we will meet at the garage in 20 minutes."

"sweet let's go get ready." They said together and ran off, all I could do is smile.

Arthur's pov

I had offered to take Allen and her... our (that would take some getting used to) children shopping. It's funny but I can't remember the last time I was so excited to do something anything. Having a mate really made world seem brighter. Before I left I had to tell Alexies I was leaving pack grounds because he would be in charge while I was gone. I sent Allen to get ready with the kids and went to find him. I could have just mind linked him but after the other day I wanted to see his face, and punch it if nessecery. I entered his office after knocking.

"Alexies I will be leaving pack grounds for the day you will be in charge."

"Yes Alpha."

"Don't yes Alpha me you jacka**."

" You and me both know that your mad at me I f***ed up royally when I insulted your mate."

"That you did, but when have I ever been the type to hold a grudge."

"Never." he sighed

"why on Earth were you so mad anyway?"

"I don't really know, it's passed now. Honestally I don't even have anything against humans, My mate is a vampire for Goddess sake I should be the last to judge. I wish I knew what came over me. I apologize sincerely. She is beautiful and I'm happy for you. Do you think she will forgive me?"

"Only one way to find out." I chuckled. I didn't think he had to worry I may not know her that well yet but I could tell Allen wouldn't hold a grudge either.

It worried me that he didn't seem to understand his reaction I might have to look into that. Of course he could just be lieing but Alexies has been my closest friend for years he just wasn't that kind of person. Suddenly I saw Alexies freeze sniff the air and his gaze shifted to my neck. I laughed to myself as his mouth fell open I must have still smelled like Allen.

"She marked you???" He asked. I just nodded and smiled in response, remembering her marking me first. I had to concentrate no to get hard right there.

"She was just human, she just woke up from a coma either you tricked her." I growled at that.

Alexies back tracked quickly.

"Not saying you would, or you have the most bada** mate on the planet."

" Just so the record is straight its the second option, spread the word. She marked me first, and when we were on our way down to dinner she growled so loud I thought she would take Haileys head off."

"Is she still trying you have made it very clear to her that you were waiting for your mate. I know you have slept with a few girls but you were never into her."

"Don't worry after last night she won't be trying anymore." I chuckled.

I said goodbye to Alexies and went to find my family. I really like saying that. We all arrived at the garage at the same time. I led Allen, and the children to my personal car. its a brand new 7 seat Kia Sorrento with all the bells and whistles. I just had a feeling I was gonna need a family car.

I opened the door for Allen, and the kids climbed in the back. I climbed in the driver's side and we were off. It was about an hour to the mall. Allen turned to me with a smile.

" This has always been my dream car, I know corney right."

"Not at all it a grat car."

The rest of the drive was uneventful and we even got a decent parking spot. we went to various shops. I bought the kids clothes while Allen went and purchased underware for herself, next time we will have to come without the kids I thought to myself. Next shampoo, skin care anything they needed really. Allen looked a little uncomfortable, but I had more money then I could ever spend I wasn't even paying attention to the totals. I made sure to tell Allen this.

"My love, please do not worried I'm thrilled to have someone to spend my money on."

"I will try and remember that." She smiled.

we ate at the food court and looked around a bit more.

"OK guys one last stop." I said

"Where's that?" Allen asked.

"Well I hate to do this to you now but the next full moon is next week and we need to get you your Luna ceremony dress. My mom, Who you will meet later already has it half planned. The colours will Green and brown like my room since you liked it so much, and they are the pack colours. You can wear any dress you want as long as it's Brown or green." I said.

" Alright I cannot say I'm not nervous, and meeting you mother sounds terrifying but I think I can handle a dress."

Allen's pov

I was trying not to hyperventilate. Being luna, meeting his mother, and the first full moon in one sentence. I took a deep breath. I marked him I can do this it was my choice I said to myself and set off to look at dresses.

I know nothing about dresses I lived in stretchy pants and t-shirts. I walked into the store and was almost overwhelmed, but in front of me on a mannequin was the most beautiful chocolate brown dress. It was floor length and flowey, deep cut in the back to show my whole back, and it had green accents that looked like vines and leaves. I looked at Arthur and pointed to the dress.

"That one."

"I think it's perfect." he said.

"That dress is amazing mom, Whatever a Luna dress is you will look really pretty." Andratse said with a smile and the other 2 nodded.

I would have to remember to explain all of this to them later.

We tracked down a sales lady, I had to try on a couple of different sizes because my size had changed so drastically, but we found one. We paid for the dress and headed home. usually after a day like this I would be exusted but today It just gave me more energy. Now home to meet my mates mother. I chuckled.
