Chapter 12

Caroline

I had lay there staring at the ceiling for what seemed like hours, kicking myself for not following Andre’s laws, now look where my stubbornness got us.  Raiken was bad, Lord only knows what he was planning to do with me and what had been done to Lucy and Mia already.  I must’ve dozed off as I woke up to the door of the bedroom opening.  Two women, who were dressed as chambermaids came in.  

“Lord Raiken wants us to prepare you.” One said quietly, not wanting to make eye contact.  

‘Prepare me?” I croaked out.  I was thirsty and my voice sounded hoarse.  

“Yes, we need to bathe and dress you for him, we are going to unlock your cuffs but if you try and run his guards are outside and have been ordered to do terrible things to you.”  You could feel the fear in her words.  I knew that her threat was real.  

“My name is Sarah,” the other one said quietly as she stepped forward with a key.  “I will try and be as gentle as possible.” She slowly undid my handcuffs, my wrists were bleeding as they had been tied tightly.  Sarah seemed sweet and kind, I felt I could try and ask her some questions.  

“My name is Caroline,” I tried to smile at her.  She smiled back and nodded.  “Do you know what Raiken wants with me?” my throat was burning as I spoke.  Sarah seemed to notice and handed me a glass of cold water.  I sipped it slowly, allowing the iceness to soothe my throat.  

“I am sorry, we are not allowed to answer that question, only Lord Raiken knows.” you could see the sorrow in her eyes, this was not a good thing.  I allowed them to guide me to the bathroom where I could use facilities, they ran a hot bubble bath but did not leave the room.  

“Lord Raiken has ordered that you are spotless, no hair either.”  The other one motioned a razor towards me.  I shakily took it and decided to try one last time.  

“I had two friends with me, Lucy and Mia, please I beg of you, tell me if they are ok?”

Sarah put her head down, the other lady, who had not told me her name, spoke.  “We heard about them, but haven’t seen them.  I am sorry.” I could see she was genuinely sorry about all of this.  She handed me a towel and helped me dry off, She showed me what moisturizers to use and what perfume to wear.  She then placed a box next to me.  “You need to put this on!” she then turned to leave, as she reached the door she stopped and turned to face me.  

“Do whatever he asks of you, maybe you will be able to survive this. Your friends may be dead already”. With that she walked out the door locking it on the way out.  

I opened the box to find lingerie, black lace that didn’t cover much.  I did as I was told and went back into the bedroom to wait for Raiken.  My heart was beating, my mind was racing, I knew he wanted me sexually, but by the sound of things he wanted something else.  Although I was turned on, I was petrified, I would give him anything not to hurt me.  

I was pulled from my thoughts by the sound of the door opening.  Raiken walked in, a cold hard face staring at me.  “Get up, come with me!” he ordered.  

I immediately got up and followed him towards one of the doors off the bedroom.  He took out a key and opened the door.  He turned on the light and my heart froze.  

He began to laugh, it sounded evil. 

“This is my playroom, do as I say, give me what I want, and maybe I will let you survive and get your revenge on Andre..”

“What do you want?” my voice was so small it was almost a whisper.

“You! As my sub! And you help get revenge on Andre.” His voice was deep, rough, his wolf was lurking.

“I know you want me, I know you want to be controlled, are turned on by me!” I couldn’t help my body's reaction, I was petrified, no one had ever hurt me before and I knew he was going to.  I needed to survive.  

“I will give you anything you want!” My voice was a whisper, but I knew he could hear everything. I felt his hand on my chin, he forced me to look at him.  As he touched me I felt the shocks, what, why was I feeling shocks, I didn’t feel it earlier, then I remembered him wearing gloves.  Oh no, was I really mated to Raiken.  

“Yes, my little one, you are my mate, and yes you will give me everything I want, when I want it, in return you will be my Luna.  

A smile started to appear on my face, the Luna I liked the sound of that..  

“Kneel down!” I did as I was told and waited for further orders.
